Still Johnny's POV

It was already 9:00. I couldn't sleep.

*You got a message!*

I grabbed my phone from the dresser.

Yeah. About the pretend girlfriend thingy, I think we should stop it. Because it's kinda awkward and we're bestfriends right? And so you could date other guys, like Liam.

After that I didn't reply. I was just upset about it. Anyways I'm planning to get her jealous one last time. 😌

Kenzie's POV

I don't know why Johnny is acting differently lately. At school today he hasn't talk to me yet. Is it about the "Liam." Thing? No it can't be, he doesn't like me.

"Ms. Ziegler, what is the formula for this?" Pointing at the board.

Think, Think, think!

"I don't know the answer." Me.

I saw some girls whispering. But I don't care! Who are they?!

"Miss? Can I go out?" I asked.

She nodded.

I got out of the classroom. I was running and I bump in to a student. Oh it's Liam.

"Sorry."

"Yeah, it's fine. Funny how we always met, bumping each other!"

*Flashback* *3 days earlier*

"Oops!" I shouted. I bump into someone

"Oh, im sorry!" Him.

I stood up.

"Kenzie?" Him.

"Liam?"

"Yeah. Remember when we were partners? It was fun!" Him,

"Oh, yeah! It was!"

"I gotta get going now. See you whenever! Bye!" Him.

"Bye!" Me.

Well that was awesome.

"Earth to Kenzie, please." Him

We chuckled.

"Yeah, here you go!"

"Anyways, I'm late. Bye!" As he run off.

"Bye!" I yelled. I went to the nearest toilet.

As I was about to go out of the stall I heard whispering,

"Have you heard that one of the cheerleaders, moved?" Girl 1

"Yeah. She moved and it's great since there will be no more mean girls!" Girl 2

Then they went out. Phew! No more mean girls. Finally! I wonder, is the girl they were talking about is it the girl who came up to me? I hope so!

I walked home alone today. The whole school day, Johnny didn't talk to me. He seems sick.

"I'm home!" I yelled.

"Oh, I have good news!" Mom.

"Yes?"

"My lost twin-sister is here!" Mom.

"What do you mean here?"

"I mean, I've found her! She lives in the other neighbourhood and her son which is your cousin, goes to your school!" Mom.

"That's great!" We hugged.

"So, what's the name of her son?" Me.
