Okay this health tip is easy all you need is a pool

Today my family went to the pool and I thought hmm why not exercise in the pool since I barely move on land and by exercising I mean you and just do laps and that's exercise but If you can't swim or your not that strong of a swimmer you can go to the edge of the pool and lift yourself in and out the pool that would work out your arms or you can hold on to pool and work out your legs by practicing your kicks and to work out your stomach you can put your knees to your chest and hold it for a few seconds and keep doing it as long as you want me personally I feel working out in a pool is more fun and you don't sweat and start stinking and swimming gets boring so why not work out I did this today well yesterday since its 2:10 am right now and my body is a little soar but not as much as it is with regular exercise
