I'm here again and it didn't take a month so yayy anyway I'm really have been trying to loss weight and here's one thing I learned I was doing wrong I had no fruits or vegetables in my daily diet so here's a tip if you want to loss weight but are having a movie night with your friends or family your who ever

So I had a movie night with my family and during movie let's be honest we mindlessly eat chips or popcorn and usually be done before the movie end so what I did was gather a lot of fruit from my fridge I liked and put it on a plate and since your mindlessly eating you are probably going get full on fruit and not eat as much on your next meal btw this is for movie day at your house and this helps a lot if your on Netflix all day and chewing away
