Nanashiro Mage x Reader | As Long As You-

"Tch, that Rem, always ordering me around. Dammit." Mage complained under his breathe, making his way down the hallway.

Suddenly, he stopped his tracks, noticing something at the corner of his eye.

He went wide-eyed as he saw you. 'What is she doing–' Then, he noticed another person. A guy. In front of you.

Jealousy boiled inside of him, he clicked his tongue and headed towards you.

"Oi! What the hell do you think you're doing!?" Mage frowned, standing in between you and the random classmate out of sudden.

"Mage..?"

"What the hell does this guy want?" He questioned.

"Uh, he was only–"

"I-I'll leave now!" Seeming terrified, the guy left the both of you.

'I thought he has something important to tell me?'

"Mage, are you skipping classes again?" You questioned and this time, you had a smile on your face ^^

Mage's frown turned into a smirk, "Of course! Who the hell wanna attend those boring, useless classes. Heh."

"Cocky as always, I see~" You chuckled.

Mage's smirk softened into a smile as he stared at your face. You then stood on the tip of your toes and pecked a kiss on his lips, "Ehehe~"

It took awhile for him to process what just happened. His cheeks puffed red as he tried to hide his embarrassment, "I-Idiot!"

"Well then, I'll be going back to class." You spunned around your heels, "Bye bye~!"

"Yeah." Mage replied.

With that, you made your way towards your classroom.

"Aaaa! [Best Friend Name], stop it!" Your best friend took too much of your french fries, there was barely anything left of it. She grinned at you, showing a peace sign which you responded with a death glare. "Geez~ don't get so angry! I'll treat you ice cream later, ok?" She said.

"Tch." You pouted.

Unbeknownst to you, a certain blond devil was watching you from the shadows, eyes never leaving your figure. He swallowed a gulp and his cheeks were dyed soft pink.

"Has Mage stoop so low to be a stalker? Fufu~" The fallen angel teased. "Shut up!" Mage exclaimed as he tried to punch him but he dodged. "Why don't you just go up to her? Aren't you her boyfriend?" Shiki questioned with an eyebrow raised.

Mage didn't reply him and stared back at you. It wasn't because he didn't want to reply Shiki, it was probably becuase he didn't know how to.

The way you talk, the way you smile, the way you laugh, how you walk and everything... stunned him.

He was at first also confused as to how a great devil like him could have such emotions for a human, It took him another month to realize he was in love. Confessing took him two more
months.

And now that you were his girlfriend, he would sometimes, do this, stare at you from the shadows. It wasn't because Mage was stalking you, or admiring you or anything. It was because... he was kind of afraid.

Well, before he confessed in his own complicated way, Urie... just had to tell him a story. A story about a devil and a human being in a relationship. They were happy and all. But upon knowing that the other wasn't a human but a devil instead, the human left the devil. Maybe it was because of fear. Maybe it was because of distrust.
