Lots of fluff. Kinda got sappy, and a little philosophical towards the end, please don't hat me. I suck at tying up loose ends. Thank you.

"YOU DID WHAT?!" Lucifer screamed.
"I told your dad." You responded staying calm.
Luci would never hurt you... At least you didn't think so. Chuck decided to pop in, and explain it since you were getting no where soon.
"Lucifer, listen to me. Your son, is human. All your darling wife here," You blushed slightly, and lucifer looked at you then his dad, extremely upset, "is trying to do is give you input on what to do next." Lucifer pulled you behind him protectively.
"Well, you were probably the one who did it to him in the first place!" Lucifer spat, he considered for a minute, "And stay away from y/n! She doesn't need you!" You were completely shocked at Lucifer's sudden behavior. Chuck groaned.
"Lucifer, I didn't do this. We don't know who did." A friend of yours popped in.
"AMARA?" Lucifer and Chuck said at the same time.
"Amara?" You said, confused.
"Hello, y/n!" She said greeting you with her gentle smile, "How's Michael?" You searched for words.
"You know my sister?" Chuck demanded.
"Wait- That's Amara?" Your eyes widened. Lucifer pinned Amara against the wall.
"Leave her alone!" He threatened.
"You mean like you did?" Amara challenged. You hadn't told Chuck about that. You didn't even tell the woman who had been your friend.
"What does she mean?" Chuck asked, quizzically.
"Shut. Up." Lucifer said, tears threatened his eyes at the thought of him hurting you.
"Or what? You can't kill me!" She looked over to you, "Did you know he had it again while you were gone. If something has happened and you brought Michael here, he would've killed you both." Your eyes went to Lucifer, pain in them.
"What?" Both you and Chick demanded, at the same time. Lucifer tried to come up with an explanation. Tears had streamed down his cheeks.
"Y-You Pro-promised!" You choked out between sobs. He dropped Amara and turned to you, and Chuck stared at Lucifer, wanting to know what he had done.
"After all that, and you didn't learn your lesson? After this!" You revealed the hand mark on your neck, which sent Lucifer into a frenzy of tears. Chuck stared at the wound.
"Lucifer. What did you do?" He raised his voice with each word, in total disbelief. He didn't believe Lucifer could ever hurt you. Hell, he nearly killed himself trying to protect you from Michael! Pain swelled in Lucifer's throat. He didn't care what his dad had to say. He only cared that you understood.
"It wasn't my fault. I swear I can explain!" He tried to get through to you.
"How is it not your fault? Did someone hold an archangel blade to your throat and tell you to drink it?"
"No." He tried to elaborate, but you cut him off.
"Did someone pour it down your throat?" You screamed.
"Well, no, but-"
"No buts about it Lucifer! You swore that you never would again, and guess what? You did it again!" Tears streamed down your face as your anger exploded. He could've hurt Michael!
"Y/n, no one threatened to kill me, if they had I wouldn't have done it." His voice shook. You turned to get your things, but he grabbed your arm.
"THY THREATENED YOU AND MICHAEL!" He screamed. You turned to him, face softening.
"What?"
"He threatened to take you. And kill Michael, I-I didn't know what else to do." Sobs escaped from his lips.
"They originally offered to make Michael human, but I figured nothing would be worth you two getting hurt."
"Wait, who offered to turn Michael human." You said staring at Lucifer, who looked so vulnerable.
"I couldn't lose you again. I couldn't lose Michael." His voice was shaky, and choked out between sobs.
"Who?" You asked looking deep into his eyes.
"I don't know." He finally stated. You looked away. Dumbfounded. Amara shook her head.
"Y/n, sweetheart, how do you even believe a word he says, anymore?" You looked over to her.
"First, he comes home, out of his mind, and breaks your wrist." Chuck cringes at the thought, and was in disbelief, but from your face, it was the truth.
"He blamed Gabriel, remember? He promised not to do it again, but what did he do the very next week?" You looked away from her, Lucifer stared at you, apologetically.
"Broke your arm. Almost killed you! And his unborn child!" This made Chuck scared. You knew it was a mistake, but the next part hit the hardest.
"Then, not one year ago, did he come begging for forgiveness. Almost killing his brothers. Not to mention, could've killed Michael with all that stress he put you through! And he wasn't even on Nectar! Just alcohol! That should barely even effect him!" She was right. You stepped away from Lucifer just to think things over.
"What are you getting at?" You finally said. Lucifer gave a betrayed, and heartbroken look.
"I'm getting at the fact that he's caused you nothing but pain! I mean to even get you here, he kidnapped your friends- your family! Nearly killed Dean! Can't you see he's never going to change?" She sounded almost like she was pleading. Chuck butted in.
"What is she talking about?" He tried to say it in a stern fatherly voice. You looked at Chuck. He has to find out sooner or later, but you weren't explaining it right now. You needed to think.
"She's right." You looked up at Lucifer, alarmed. He nodded, avoiding your gaze.
"That I am! Don't you think life would've been better with Castiel?" Castiel's name hit him like a truck. You had dated Gabriel, Balthazar, Dean, and even Kevin. But Castiel was the one that worried Lucifer. It was clear you still had feelings for him, it was just that the ones for Lucifer were stronger.
"Amara! Stop!" Chuck finally said, interrupting, "I need to talk with my son!" She left. You ran to Lucifer, checking him over.
"What was Amara talking about?!" He demanded. You closed your eyes and groaned. You wanted to put the whole Hong behind you, but she had opened up new wounds, not only that, she threw salt in them. You knew what she was trying to do. You told her everything, minus the spousal abuse. You told her about your feelings towards Castiel, versus Lucifer. You loved Lucifer. She knew everything. She wanted you to leave Lucifer, wanted you to hurt him. And now, you weren't so sure he didn't want you to, too.
"There was an incident, last year." You started.
"It's easier to just show him." Lucifer sighed, stepping up to his father, giving him all the memories. Minus the daydreams. Chuck gave Lucifer a very disappointed look. Chuck grabbed you, and pulled you behind him, putting space between you and Lucifer.
"Dad, please, I love her!" Chuck softened his glare for a minute, then it it turned hard again.
"Then why'd you hurt her?" He asked, stabbing Lucifer with the question. You knew they hurt him more than any blade could ever do.
"Chuck, please, it's done, it's over with. I need to go pick up my son." You pleaded. He considered it.
"No. You need to go to your son. And stay there." You looked, shocked at Chuck, then at Lucifer. Your eyes welled up with tears.
"N-n-No! I'm picking him up, then I'm coming right back!" You forced, Chuck stared at you.
"You always seemed so independent, yet now you beg to return to the man who hurt you? Nearly kill-"
"Stop right there! This is what she wants! She wants me to leave. What happened, happened. And it's never happened since! I can't even where a normal shirt without this big softy bursting into tears! So thanks for the concern, but no thanks!" You yelled at Chuck. You just put God in his place. Hm. Well done.
"He's right," Lucifer sulked, you looked at him wide eyed, "I never deserved you. Or Michael. Castiel, he did everything right. I just hurt you." You started crying. That pain turned to anger.
"Lucifer, you listen to me, and you listen to me good. The only thing that is going to hurt me is if you ever dare say that to me again. Me and Michael, we need you. He needs you. I need you. If you think for one second that we're better off without you, you're an idiot!" He pressed his eyes together, "Now. I need some time alone. I'm going to pick up my son." You said the second sentence directly at Chuck.
"Zepar, would you mind?" Zepar shook his head, and teleported you to the bunker. Chuck followed.
"Why do you defend him?" He ordered.
"I love him. And he loves me. He is the father of my child." You argued.
"He hasn't changed! He hurt you!" Chuck yelled. This caught Zepar's attention.
"Um, if I may, this may not be my place, but you are wrong, sir." Chuck glared at Zepar and he froze up. You wanted to hear what he had to say. You urged him to continue. He gulped. He looked at the ground and spoke with a hurried tone.
"Y/n, has changed Lucifer in many ways. I-I half a girlfriend... Before y/n, both of us would've been killed, but now... He gives me time off to spend with her! He let's only half-turned souls exit, just so they don't wreck total havoc! And he's done it all, all of it, because of her. For her!" You were astonished. You didn't know any of this. You heard rumors that Lucifer had changed, yes, but not that radically.
"Then why would he hurt her?" Chuck demanded. Gabriel zapped in.
"Not to defend or anger anyone. Especially God. Don't want to anger you, dad. But that was kind of my fault. I only admit to this, because I do not want to know what happens on either home front of Lucifer loses y/n." You remembered back to when it had happened.
"That right! Gabriel took him there, he could've stopped him or at least told him what would happen!" You exclaimed. Gabriel shrugged.
"To be fair, I had no idea what would happen. Also, to be fair, y/n did leave Lucifer, and he fixed himself up for her." You smirked. You had God in a corner. A thought came to you.
"Gabriel, aren't you babysitting?"
"Don't worry, the tiny tyke is human, he's taking a nap." You walked into the bunker, and you saw Michael there, asleep, on the couch. You laughed softly. A human child. He would be safe from angels. Another thing occurred to you. Lucifer almost drank the nectar to protect Michael from his brothers. To turn him human. You went downstairs and woke Michael up.
"Don't worry buddy, I packed your things." Gabriel said, handing you a much larger bag than Michael had came with. Michael sprung up.
"Daddy!" You looked behind you, to see Lucifer. He was holding a box. He handed it to Michael.
"I hope I'm not intruding. Merry Christmas, buddy." You smiled softly, as he held up a puppy, a regular puppy. You went back outside to say one last thing to Chuck.
"I know Lucifer would never harm me or Michael. Want to know how? Because of that, right there. He hates this holiday, and that is your fault. But he pushes past his anger, and his pain, and puts a smile on his face. For that little boy, right there." You spat.
"He's lucky, you know." This surprised you. You didn't know how to react.
"What do you mean?" You finally asked, as Michael and Lucifer walked up the stairs with his bag and new puppy.
"He found something in a world he thought was nothing, and you helped him turn it into everything." You looked at Lucifer playing with Michael.
"No. I didn't help him turn it into everything. I wasn't even something out of nothing," Chuck looked at you, "All I did was spark. He ignited the flame." Chuck smiled and you smiled back.
"Why did Amara want you two separated?" Chuck asked. You knew the answer.
"Think of it like this, see if it sparks anything. Lucifer is dark, and I'm light. We spent many years happy, then I come to pain from the dark. I housed a creation, which he nearly destroyed, and I got rid of him. He came back." Chuck realized what you meant.
"But why?" He asked.
"Well, if I was her, I'd want to know what could happen to change the ending, too." And with that, you joined your family, kissing Lucifer's cheek before he zapped you home.
