Four months and twenty-two days since he's hurt you. All the times Cas and Gabriel had to heal you, they'd assumed your pregnancy would last a good nine months. That was pretty much the maximum. You never showed signs of being pregnant, you didn't have a baby bump in the slightest. Gabe had explained it was the nephilim protecting itself. You had just finished cooking dinner, had started setting the table, making sure to fill the candy bowl for Gabriel, when you heard a loud crash. Then another.

-Castiel's POV-
There was a knock on the door. I went to answer it, only cracking it open to see who it was. Lucifer.
"I just want to talk to her." He tried. His speech slurred partially.
"No. Go away." I started to shut the door, but he stopped me.
"I wasn't asking." He forced.
"Neither was I." I shouldn't have challenged him. He swung the door open, sending me flying to the other side of the room. I crashed into the wall, breaking some things as I fell. Gabriel pooled in, and tried to reason with Lucifer. H, too, was flung into a wall.

-3rd person POV-
You ran to check what the noise had been. The first thing you saw was an injured Castiel, and ran to his side, sliding into your kneeling position. You checked on his wounds.
"Cas? What happened?" Your eyes filled with worry, as Castiel tried to speak.
"So this is my replacement?" Lucifer is angry, and starts lifting Castiel against the wall. Castiel's face was set. Determined.
"Lucifer! Stop! Please!" You turned to him, tear filled eyes. Something was different about you. Your skin started to give off a faint glow. This seemed to make his anger flood.
"What did you do?" He shouted at Castiel. You ran to try and talk Lucifer down. You grabbed his arm.
"Please. Please don't do this. He did nothing. No one replaced you!" You begged and he focused on you.
"Sweetheart, you fail to realize your glowing. I'm not stupid. I know what that means." Your eyes fixed at him.
"Wait? You never told him?" Gabriel demanded.
"I never had the chance, idiot!"
"Well here's your chance!" He struggled to be free of his invisible grasp. Lucifer knew what you were going to say, what he didn't realize, was whose it had been.
"I can obviously see she's pregnant, brother." He spat to Gabriel. He pinned you to the wall. His voice lowered to a whisper, and you could smell the alcohol on his breath.
"I loved you. I got clean, for you! And you ran off to my brothers?" Your face grows confused, "There's only one way this could've happened. And I'm no idiot." Your face softened, realizing what happened. When he first pinned you, you had felt afraid, but his hands were on your shoulders for a reason, he didn't want to hurt you.
"Nothing happened between me and anyone!" You reassured and Lucifer looked at you as if you were lying. You moved your hand up to his.
"Lucifer. The child's yours." You insisted, and for a second he believed you, but came to his senses.
"N-Nephilm. O-only t-t-take three months. Y-You've been gone nearly f-five." He stammered through heart broken tears.
"WE HAD TO HEAL HER DUMBASS!" Gabriel shouted, Lucifer didn't believe him, "PULL DOWN HER TURTLE NECK!" Lucifer warily pulled it down, you struggling for him no to. His heart sank. He did that. He could've killed you. He looked back, staring at your sad eyes. A son escaped his lips.
"I am... So. So sorry." He unconsciously dropped his brothers as he hugged you close. Gabriel gave a relieved sigh. You shifted in his grip, still slightly afraid as memories of what he'd done came rushing back to you. Everything he said.
Worthless. Failed abortion. And a whole lot more. You had taken every insult to heart. Lucifer pulled you away, and looked you in the eyes.
"Y/n... None of those things describe you. You are worth more to me than anything in this world." Gabriel and Castiel decided to give you guys some space, to talk. Tears flooded in your eyes. You struggled to believe him.
"I looked it up. That nectar crap." You started. It was supposed to make people relay their true feelings.
"Humans. It's supposed to make humans relay their true feelings." He insisted.
"Why would it be any different?" You asked, still not believing him. He shrugged. He honestly didn't know. All he knew was that he loved you.
"Why would I have done all of this," He pressed two fingers to your forehead, making you recount good memories, some were of his own, "If I felt that way?" You ended on a daydream of his, that had happened shortly after you two met. It was just of him making you happy, nothing else. You hugged him tightly, and he wrapped his arms around your waist.
"I'm sorry. For everything. You had every right to leave, and you have every right to hate me, but please. I can't live without you. That's when you noticed them. You had just gotten a glimpse down his shirt, but that was all you needed. You raised your hands to your mouth and let out a small gasp. He cringed, knowing you had seen the marks.
"Luci... What happened?"
"I, uh..." He wasn't sure how to explain. Instead he handed you his angel blade. You lifted his shirt, and realized the marks fit perfectly.
"Someone tried to kill you?" You screamed.
"Sure. Yeah. Let's go with that." He he reined the back of his neck with one hand.
"You didn't." He opened his mouth, wanting to defend himself, but couldn't.
"You said to come talk when I got clean. So. I came to talk." He changed the subject. Your arms were already around his neck from the hug. Without warning, you kissed him, long and deep. He raised his eyebrows at first, but then kissed you back. When you pulled back, he sat there, like he was in a trance.
"Okay. Let's talk." You smiled at him. He let out a relieved sigh, and you grabbed his hand.
