Maybe Someday....

Crush

It's been weeks since that fateful event were Ji Hyo drown her sorrows with alcohol. She remembers waking up with the worst hangover in her life. Lee Kwang Soo left already early that morning according to his brother.

She remembered how her younger brother scolded her for drinking too much and passing out with guys. She was confused. As far as she knows it was only Kwang Soo with her that time. She feels awkward with him after the incident. But Kwang Soo made her feel at ease and comfortable with him. With that, she is forever thankful to him.

They were having a meeting for briefing for the upcoming episode of Running Man to be held in Shanghai. It was after New Year. Ji Hyo was actually working on that day but manage to spend the remaining time with her family in Pohang.

"Annyeonghasseo everyone. Pls gather outside later to receive your mission." The PD announce to them in their location.

They were given soccer ball and were informed to head to Shanghai. They were invited by Park Ji Sung for the charity soccer game then they will be filming episode 283 there. Everyone are excited to travel again. They arrived one by one at Incheon International Airport with lots of cameras capturing them.

"Noona, Let us sit together okay." Kwang Soo plop down beside her.

"No problem just don't disturb me I'm just going to take a nap the whole ride, arasso?" Ji Hyo put on her eye mask and blanket and immediately fell asleep as soon as the airplane takes off.

There are a lot of fans waiting for them as usual and early in the morning they start the game at once. After a simple game they all head out to Hongkou Station were the match will be held. They played games first together with Ji Sung's soccer friends.

They were all surprised to see Song Joong Ki waiting for them in the locker room.

"Ya Joong Ki, nice to see you. Are you here to play soccer later? " Jong Kook ask him as they embrace.

"Aniyo hyung I had a slight injury from filming. I just came here to watch and cheer on you guys. " Joong Ki greeted them all and he saw his noona. She seems a little pale but otherwise still beautiful.

"Omo, Jong Ki ssi how have you been. It's been a long time. " They hug each other before Ji Hyo went to the side to catch her breath.

Joong Ki wants to talk with her but the cameras are rolling but still he can't help himself not to show her care for her. He made Kwang Soo swear not to tell her that he was there that time. As much as he wants to be there for her, he was so busy filming for his upcoming drama. There was never a time and he wants to give her space.

"Hey noona, I've missed you. Your face looks thinner. I hope you are taking good care of yourself." He tried to act nonchalant when he talks with her but still can't help himself touching her face. It was nice to see her bare face so radiant without make up. He pat her back to make her feel how much he misses her.

"This noona is getting old Joong Ki but don't worry I'm always taking care of myself. " Ji Hyo replied shyly. They were really close before. Even after he's gone from RM he will often visit her at home with Kwang Soo then he enlisted in the military so they lost communication for a while.

Kwang Soo would often tell her that Joong Ki misses her. When he was released, he visited the set the next day with Jo In Sung and Im Joo Hwan. They were all awestruck by In Sung and had their pictures taken with him. Joong Ki greeted her with a hug then, as well as In Sung. He was her partner in a controversial movie a Frozen Flower.

They were given uniforms for their soccer game later. They were divided into teams and then off they go to the field for practice.

Ji Hyo was having fun practicing. She knows she won't make a goal later but still she tries hard to practice kicking the ball. She saw Joong Ki sitting on the bench talking with some of the crew and often times he will look her way and smile.

Ji Hyo was aware of Joong Ki's little crush on her. During the early times of Running Man, he would really show her his feelings. The other members thought nothing of it but at some point he would often say and do sweet things for her. Sometimes the PD will talk with him because Ji Hyo already has a loveline with Kang Gary that time. Although she was not comfortable with Gary oppa that time, she must follow what the PD instruct her to do. Sometimes when he and Kwang Soo hang out at her place, he would joke about liking her. She didn't really think much of him that time because he was 4 years younger than her and a lot of anti fans were sending her hate mails. But she was genuinely flaterred by his attention.

The game begins and she sat first with the rest of the players who are not on the line up. Then Joong Ki was seated next to her.

Joong Ki was being careful not to be overly friendly with Ji hyo noona. He just got back from the military and he needs to establish himself again. He was really hoping that the drama he was filming will make way for him again in the industry.

"Noona, can I see you later after your filming? I'll be staying here in Shanghai for few more days. I want to hang out with you if you don't mind." Joong Ki whispered in her ears while pretending watching the game.

"Sure Joong Ki ssi, it's been a long time since we hang out. Tell Kwang Soo to come and let's just stay in my hotel room." Ji Hyo knows that if they went out a lot of cameras will follow them and fans might get the wrong idea.

"Uhm okay noona. Lets just order food in your room so we can talk like the old times."

Joong Ki needs to talk to Kwang Soo fast. He wants to hang out with noona alone because he will be busy again promoting his new drama. And he wants this chance to confess to her.
