Maybe Someday....

Confused

Ji Hyo was lying in her bed still wide awake. It's already 3am and still sleep eluded her. It has always been easy for her to sleep but after what happened earlier she didn't think she will be able to rest.

It was the biggest shock of her life when Dong Wook confessed to her. She didn't know what to think or believe anymore. She had long accepted the fact that she will always just be a friend to him. She still can't forget the things he told her and it keeps circling in her mind.

"Ji Hyo Saranghae.... Please give me a chance to prove to you that I am sincere with my love for you." He was pleading to her.

" But this is so sudden... I don't know what to say..." She was confused. She really want to believe him but she didn't want to get hurt again.

"Then don't say anything and just listen to me. I know you think this is unexpected of me but I've thought a lot about us and I know it took a while for me to realize it but I have always love you Ji Hyo. We met at a time when you were already committed. I have always been mesmerize by your beauty, your cheerfulness. I love the way you don't care about what others may think of you. I always thought you are such an amazing woman and your boyfriend was so lucky to have you." He stops and took a deep breath before continuing and hold her hand.

"I know in my heart then that it's impossible for both of us. Aside from you being in a relationship, I was also at that point in my career were I felt like starting again. I have to focus and establish myself as a lead actor. So I content myself to being your friend. I didn't know that you will like me or see me as a man. But you will always be a woman in my heart and in my eyes."

"I... how could you say that when the last time you..." Dong Wook didn't let her finish her words, he pulled her to him to hug her.

"Mianhae Ji Hyo but I was scared. I thought you will get mad at me for kissing you. I am really clueless about your feelings for me that's why I said it was a mistake. But as I see you near me that day, all I can think of is to gather you in my arms and kiss you. I didn't know I was hurting you already but believe me hurting you is the last thing on my mind."

Ji Hyo get up from bed and went to her kitchen to drink water. She wants to think about it first. She is risking her heart if she acts hastily. She was used to guarding her heart because she's afraid to get hurt.

She didn't give him any answer after his confession. She just ask him to give her time and after a while he left feeling dejected.

"Wae Dong Wook? I can't bring myself to believe in you."

She decided not to sleep and just fiddle with her phone. It was by accident that he saw a picture of Park Bom kissing Dong Wook on the side of his lips. She read the articles and the date it happened.

She was disappointed that it happened just a week ago. How can he say he loves me when he was flirting with other girls. He is really a heartbreaker. She knows from the start how Dong Wook likes teasing girls, giving them false hopes. He was leaving a lot of broken hearts left and right. How could she trust his words now?

Ji Hyo came early to Running Man's taping since she didn't sleep at all. Everyone is surprise to see her the first to arrive on location. She went to the vacant room first to take a nap since she was early when her phone rang.

~ Yeoboseyo?~ She answered sleepily.

~ Did you sleep well last night?~ She almost fell on the chair upon hearing Dong Wook's husky voice.

~ Ne, I actually slept through the night soundly.~ She was still mad at what she read about him.

~You are lucky, Me? I didn't get to sleep the night.~ he sounds so sleepy she can imagine him lying in bed with rumpled hair...

"Aish Ji Hyo get a hold of yourself" she scolded herself.

~Uhm I'm on the set of Running Man and I'm kind of busy. Lets just talk later okay. Annyeong.~ She just hang up on him.

"The nerve of that guy. Kissing girls then confessing his love to another." She thought to herself and then just sulk in the corner.

The filming as usual was fun. She was always energize when taping for RM. Sometimes, especially when their guests are female, she tried to step back for them. She wanted their guest to shine although some anti fans thought that she was jealous of female guest but the truth is, she is sometimes lonely to being the only girl. Of course the other members treat her well but they need to show the viewers that she didn't get special treatment just because she is a girl.

She said her goodbyes and told them she really needs to crash. She was so sleepy she could hardly open her eyes. Kwang Soo seeing how tired she was volunteered to take her home to which she was grateful.

"Gomawo Kwang Soo. I didn't get to sleep last night that's why I'm so sleepy." She fell asleep as soon as she buckled her seatbelt. Kwang Soo could see she was exhausted. He texted Joong Ki that he will bring Ji Hyo noona home because she seems not feeling well.

"Noona wake up, we are here." Kwang Soo carefully pat Ji Hyo but she didn't even stir so he just let her sleep for a bit.

He was so startled to see Joong Ki's car parking beside his.

"Kwang Soo, is she alright? I am so worried when you said she was not feeling well. Thankfully I am free today." Joong Ki look at Ji Hyo who was still sleeping at the front passenger seat.

"I'm sorry to make you worry. I think she's just tired." Kwang Soo explained. He didn't expect him to come because he knows how busy he is. He must be really in love with noona.

" Yaa, what the hell is happening here?"

Both Kwang Soo and Joong Ki turn with shock faces to find Dong Wook glaring at both of them.
