"What first?" Olivia asked her older friend and she narrowed her eyes, eyeing all the machines in the sportclub FitInBasic before deciding one.

"Let's run first." Jamie decided and together, the yong women walked over towards the machines and stepped onto them. Soon, they were running, and what Olivia hated and made her feel sick up to the stomach was that Jamie could reach the six miles per hour whilst Olivia only could reach the four-and-a-half miles per hour. She bit her lip, pushing up the speed and soon found herself panting like a tired dog after only one minute.

"You know," Jamie began, slowing down the treadmill and looking to her left to face Olivia. "If I was you and wanted to get a better figure, I'd hire in a personal trainer. I even heard they are here for free."

"I don't know, it. . . maybe is so awkward." Olivia chuckled and Jamie shrugged her shoulders.

"But that doesn't state that you shouldn't get someone, I mean. . . it's only for yourself, and he or she has probably already seen waaaaay worse people than you."

"I don't know," Olivia muttered, pushing up the speed of the treadmill and feeling the tense of her muscles in her calf tightening.

"Olivia, you lost so many weight, you've did a good job. Your body is like. . . average again, a bit plumper, but that's only the loose skin."

"You're right." Olivia mumbled and slowed the speed as her muscles started to burn.

"And he or she can also help you in boosting up your perseverance." Jamie pointed at Olivia turning the speed down and Olivia shot her a glare, making Jamie laugh before stopping the treadmill and stepping off. "You comin'?"

"Why? We haven't finished running?" Olivia asked, pushing a few short locks of her long blonde hair out of her face as she looked over her shoulder.

"We're going to get you a personal trainer, you dumbass."

Olivia sighed, knowing that protests against Jamie would never win and turned the speed down before stepping off, feeling a bit dazed as she stood back onto the ground but still felt like the band was rolling underneath her feet. Jamie probably could tell how uncomfortable Olivia felt, grabbing her hand and squeezing it reassuringly while leading her through the gym towards the reception. She knew how insecure Olivia was, and most likely when it comes to her body.

"Hello." Jamie piped up and forced Olivia to stand beside her. The tanned man looked up and looked first at Olivia, a smirk appearing on his face as if he recognized her before Olivia got disappointed when he went to look at Jamie and his smirk grew bigger.

"Hello, love. Can I help you?"

"Yes, my friend here would like to get a personal trainer." Jamie smiled and the eyes of the man flickered over to Olivia, inspecting her before leaning more forward.

"And why is that?" he asked, raising his eyebrows.

"Well I basically lost a lot of weight and I'd like to get rid of the loose skin." Olivia explained and the tinted man nodded, leaning backwards again before grabbing pushing upon a button and speaking into his headset.

"Harry, you there?" The tinted man asked and Olivia bit her lip, hoping it wasn't a man who was going to train her personally.  "Yes okay, I've got a girl here who wants to get a personal trainer, do you have gaps through the week to help her?" He listened as the girls waited, looking at each other. Jamie smiled at her once they knew it would be a man which made Olivia slightly smile too though she wasn't very fond it it.  "Because she wants to get rid of the loose skin because she's recently lost a lot of weight." The man continued and listened for a few seconds before nodding. "Okay, see you in a few."
