Katie felt her body being carried through the the bright whiteness. She loved teleporting because of the way it made her feel warm and fuzzy inside, and she also loved the feeling of flight.

After a moment or two, the whiteness faded and they landed in a very, very familiar looking forest. Up ahead through the thickness of the Enchanted Forest stood the famous pink castle in all it's glory.

"Oh Lord..." Katie looked upward with wide eyes and fainted.

"I feel like we just broke-or passed right through-he fourth wall," Josh laughed. "Come on Katie. Stop messing around and let's go."

But she didn't wake up. The two white-haired fellows then realized that Katie really was out cold. The shock from seeing the college of her dreams in real life must've really given her a shake.

"Sooo... What now?" Josh asked as he picked Katie up and held her in his arms. "We can't exactly do anything until we have a home."

Jemica ran her fingers through her long, white locks as she tried to think of something. Before she could even voice any ideas, Josh cut her off.

"Could we maybe travel to our home realm?" Josh asked, smiling. "You never really told us anything about it and I really wanna see what it's like!"

His aunt hesitated before replying. "I think we should just get house here in Magix."

Josh was about to protest when he felt Katie squirming in his arms. "You can let me go now," she said groggily. When Katie was let down to stand on her own, she rubbed her eyes and tried to remember what was going on. As soon as she laid her eyes on Alfea, she felt giddy once again.

"Can we please go to Alfea? Please please please please PLEASE??"

"Calm down. We I don't even have a place to live yet. Or anything else for that matter," Jemica told her. "I still have my Magix bank card with me. There should be enough money on it to buy ourselves a new home."

"Let's catch a bus to Magix then," Josh said and led the way.

The three walked through the forest for about five minutes. They eventually came across a clearing in the forest which Katie guessed would be used for some of Alfea's classes. When they finally stepped out of the forest and onto the path leading to the fairy school and the bus stop, they took in the scale of the real Alfea College. It was much larger than Katie and Josh had both anticipated.

"This place is huge," Katie stopped walking and gaped.

"No kidding!" Josh remarked, then whipped his head toward the bus stop. "We're getting distracted. The bus is about to leave!"

"Run for it!" Jemica said and they all took off.

The students entering Alfea gave them strange looks. It's not everyday you see people just suddenly emerge from the forest and run like maniacs in order to catch the bus. Luckily, they managed to get on only moments from the bus's departure.

This feels so surreal... Katie thought to herself. I can't believe my dreams are finally coming true!

Then her thoughts shifted to all the things and people she had left behind. Like her school and......... wow. Katie realized that not many people had really acknowledged her existence back on Earth. It was as if she was merely just a lone shadow without any solid figure, with only a few people to notice her. She only really had three friends: her brother Joshua, hear aunt Jemica and... Michael! He was Katie and Josh's best friend. Katie was a complete loner, but Josh had a bunch of friends and, heck, he even had a few girls who thought he was very attractive. But none of his friends could compare to Michael.

There were the type of "friends" that acted almost as a fanbase, and then there was Michael. Josh thought back to the incident that took place almost a two years ago; during the second month of sixth grade.

Nonononono, Josh thought to himself. Not again! NOT AGAIN!

He ran through the empty halls, desperately trying to get to math class on time. Josh was repeatedly arriving in math class late for almost a week straight, and Mrs. Winslow, the math teacher, was not happy about it. The bell had rung about four minutes ago and if Josh didn't show his face in class before the five minute mark, he'd get a detention. That would really bring down his reputation as one of the school's best students.

Josh was only a few yards away from the door. When he turned around a corner, another boy was running towards the exact same direction Josh was coming from. They both had no time to react and collided into each other head first, causing them to both stagger and fall.

"Dammit," The boy said under his breath and quickly got to his feet, observing the mess he'd made. "I'm so, so sorry. Here lemme help you pick up-"

But Josh had beat the boy to it. He got up and stretched his hand out towards the heap of books. They all started to shimmer and levitate before floating into the hands of their owners, while the boy watched with wide eyes. Only after Josh had performed this deed, he realized what he had just shown him.

"Uhhh..." was all he could mutter. "It's not what it looks like!"

"You're a wizard?!" The boy whisper-shouted.

"Y-Yeah," Josh stuttered. "I'm not gonna bother lying, so PLEASE don't tell anyone! I could get captured by the FBI or something like that!"

Josh was expecting a terrified scream from the boy, but instead he let out a sigh of absolute relief and joy. "It's true. Magic is real. Sweet Jesus, I was about to give up the belief completely! Don't worry. Your secret's safe with me."

Josh was about to let out his own sigh of relief but instead he was quickly greeted by a throbbing pain in his forehead. He put a hand to his head and felt a lump already beginning to form.

"We should probably go get some ice," the boy said, rubbing his head. "I'm Michael. It's really, really awesome meeting you!"

"My name's Joshua. Or just Josh to everyone," he introduced himself and they shook hands.

The two boys then turned around and walked together to the nurse's office. They both were completely unaware that this painful mishap would spark a truly wonderful, everlasting friendship.

"All off for Magix City!" The bus driver called over the loudspeaker. "All of for Magic City!"

The twins were about to get up and off the bus, but Jemica stopped them.

"We're heading to the Magix Residence," she stated. "We're buying a house, remember?"

"Ooohhh."

"Okay. Now what's the game plan?" Josh asked.

"Simple," replied Katie. "Step one: Get a house. Step two: Somehow register us 12-year-olds for Alfea and Red Fountain. Step three: attempt to basically start our whole lives from scratch."
