SHARONS' POV.

I see Apollo storm out, and here him roll down the stairs.
I rush out, and see Libby holding half his mask.
I hear her sigh, and look at the mask.
She drops it, and leaves.
My blood boils at her ignorance.
I hear wing beats in the distance.
Lance is out soon, and picks up the shard.
He asks, "Didn't Libby want it?"
I shake my head.
Lance sighs, "She's blinded, and I don't know how long Shade can keep up like this. She just seems to let him in, then shoves him away."
I ask, "Should we go try and calm him down?"
Lance shakes his head, and tells me, "We should wait until morning. It'll seem a little less creepy."
I agree, and ask if he wants to go back in.
He shakes his head, and leads me off to our dragons.
Lances' dragon, Lithuania, warbles her hello.
I leap onto his dragon, and my dragon goes into a tattoo.
He hurt his wing on the way here, but still wanted to come.
I slip my hands around Lances' waist as we speed back home.
I see the fay town, and hug him.
He did say after he had a suprise for me.
I sometimes can't believe how long we managed to keep our relationship secret from Lib.
Eight years. Wow.
I get off, and Lance takes my hand.
I smile, and we walk to the forest.
I hear wolves howling, and notice how one in particular is louder, sadder, lower.
Apollo.
Lance tells me to cover my eyes, and we walk towards the sound of water.
He stops me, and the sound of rustling makes me shuffle in tension.
The sound of boots crunching, and a click.
Butterflies are all over my insides.
I ask, nervousness leaking out, "Lllaannnccceeee?"
He chuckles, and pulls my hands back,
Oh no, Lance! What are you doing!
He has something in his hand.
Lance!
He smiles evily.
My head is spinning.
His smile is sooo evil, it scares me.
His eyes glisten with love.
Lancey? What are you doing?
He opens his mouth, and pulls a box out.
I scream in his stunned face, "FRICK YAAASSSS!"
He picks me up by the waist, and twirls me round.
His smile is the biggest fricken smile ever smiled, and his eyes are a glow with love.
I hug him when he sets me down.
We end up kissing somehow, and I pull back.
He smiles, and our dragons buggle in happiness.
We jump on his dragon, and fly somewhere.
Lithuania lands us in town square, and the king rushes up to us.
Lance slips something over my hand, stealthily.
I look down, and see a ring over my finger.
The king spots the ring, and a smile lights his face.
He slams his hand on Lance's back.
Lance grimaces.
He groans silently, and dismounts.
He helps me off his huge blue dragon.

The king decides to be gracious, and doesn't draw attention to us.
He starts casual conversation, and Apollo pops up.
The howl from before is silent, and the sound of wolves' paws echoes around us.
Weird.
Lance spills what had happened to Apollo, from the clothing change, upto him disappearing from the dance and tumbling down the stairs.
How does he know all this stuff?
Lance answers my question, "I only know this because I'm the video surveillance monitor. I watch the videos from every room, all day."
I nod.
So that's how he knows so much.
We walk and talk for a while, and then we reach the castle.
The king holds Lance at arms length, like a father would a son.
Like a father would a son.,,,
The king smiles and announces to Lance, "Son...."
WHHHAAATTTT?
Lance replies, "Yes, Father?"
The king finishes, "I have decided to make you the heir to the Fays!"
I see Lance look sick.
He can never be king. He can't do stress!

Lance accepts, not sure what to do next.
The king exclaims, "Great! The coronation is next week."
Thud.
I squeel, "LANCE!"
I catch his fienting form.
The king looks startled.
I reassure, "He's probably okay."
I slap his face lightly, and he comes back around.
He stands back up,and brushes himself off.
