APOLLOS' POV.
I look at my brother, and hop down.
I land softly, and lead him the three hundred some meters from Pandoras' majestic head to her beautiful tail.
I push him in front of the frozen flame on her tail, and tell him to start walking.
I hop up behind him, and make sure he doesn't fall.

After about half an hour, we're at the saddle.
I pull out the spare saddle, and put it one spike behind me.

Shade sits down, fear smothering his aura.
I sit down, and he hold onto the spike for dear life.
I loosely grip it, and do up my safeties in a blurr of motion.
I tell Shade, "If you want to live to see your wedding day, or have offspring, I recommend wearing your safeties."

He looks at me with shock.
He clips himself in, making the straps tight as could be.

I slip my feet into the stirrups.

I tell my old friend, "Show him, Pandora. Show him how graceful we can be."
She whispers, her voice elegant and confident, "Of course. We are the best of the best to some, so let's show this oaf how it's done."

I hear Shade scream, "Apollo! You forgot a bridle!"

Pandora and I scoff at him, "We need but a mind to communicate. The saddle is just for extra safety in case of an ambush."

Shade cowers back, and I whisper to Pandora, "Would you mind taking us to Smogglem Acadmey?"
She declares, "For you, anything."

Our trust and bond has exceeded that of a full heart.
It now glows everytime we think about each other, which is a lot.
We have a crown instead of a heart, and it's a shinny gold.

Anyways, I loosen my grip, and rise to the take off position.

Pandora steps over the wall into the runway.

She takes off running through the snowy runway.

Shade screams, and we take off smoothly.

Pandora spreads her beautiul, glass like wings, and flaps lightly.
We end up higher than most dragons can see, never mind reach.
I see the exit, and lower myself  into the dive position.

My heart soars, and my mind empties of my burdens.

I let go, and push my arms out to the sides.
The air rushes by like a summmers' breeze, giving me a rush of happiness and joy.

Shade is simply clinging on for dear life.

Pandora and I watch the snow fall, and reminiscence about why it's snowing and thr good old days.

Shade asks, "What's with the snow?"

I tell him the short of it....

One day, Pandora and I walk out, and dad is there.
He declares, "Today, you are officially the hiers."
We stop, dead.
Then, he casts this weird golden spell at us.
We become this size in a swirl of snow. Oddly enough, the snow never stopped. We don't think it ever will.

He nods, and we suddenly begin to dive.

I hear my brother screaming, and shush him.

I see the snow continue as we leave my home.

Apparently, we have this effect on everwhere.

Pandora nods.

We continue to dive, faster and faster.

I let out a whoop, and remember the whole silent thing.

I see a shape in the distantce through the flurry.

I hear prissy girls crying about the cold, and cover my ears in pain.

I ask my brother while turnig to face him, "Are girls really this loud?"

He asks, "What girls?"

I shake my head, and turn to face forwards.

I enhance my vision by joining Pandora, and can see as clearly as on a clear, summers' day.

We dive down, and I slip into my own body.

I see the snow quicken as we get closer to the school.

The rushing snow reminds me of all the Christmases I spent at the castle.

Then, I make a decision.

I need to go see Otice after this ceremony is over.

Pandora agrees.

A man cries in alarm, and flees the landing strip.

An extremely loud ringing sends me into a pain enduced sleep-like state.

I wake up to screaming.

I realize we're about to land, and get into the landing position.

Then, I notice it' Shades' screaming.

We land quietly, and the snow slows a bit.

A woman charges out with a sword and an armada.

I wave my updated ID for getting into my room back home, and walk by her and her little squad.

She seems absolutely stunned, and stays frozen with her hand on her hilt.

Her face seems to be paling.

Her aura is a mess, and she remains frozen as I wave Shade forwards.

We walk into the school, and I ask, "Where is this hirl of yours?"

He tries to talk, but a loud cry of anger and alarm cuts him off.

A man, probably a bean pole, with authoritative power, cries, "WHERE DID THIS DRAGON COME FROM?"

I spin on my heals, and call, "TOUCH HER AND SHE MAY NOT LEAVE YOU ALIVE!"

There's a silence in the hall I'm headed back down.

I look around, and see an open door in my way.

I step around it, and keep my head up.

A teacher on the other side cowers back.

Shade asks, "What's with the get-up?"

I ask, not paying him attention, "What get up? I always dress like this."

He gapes, "Look in a mirror some time."

I growl at his insensitivity, "We can't have mirrors, Shade!"

He asks, "Why? Do the dragons hit them?"

I whip around, the golden fluid surging through my veins.

I lift him off the ground, and snarl, "People use them to kill other people through Mirroses. The dragon royalty is highly valuable dead. They use our carcasses for vulger means. Now, I don't wish to be dead, so there."

I drop him, and I notice the burnt patch on his jerkin where I had my hand.

I suggest, "Oh, and Shade?"
He nods.
I inform him, "You need some better clothes. Those ignite to easily."

He sees the scorch mark, and pales.

Ha. A shirt burn mark is nothing. Childs play.

I remember my training to be a warrior and a king.

Luckily, Otice had been mentioned as a fantastic scholar and was assigned to me.

So, I got one of the best educations that a rider can get.

I can intimidate anyone I need to.
Even the old warriors. Although, to be fair, they tried to kill me first.

I feel a jerk on my sleeve, and veer to a stop.
