Finding another sad song to listen to, singing the lyrics when I think of you
Oh it's not fair, not fair at all.
Feeling another tear roll down my face, as I glance at my empty finger space
No it's not fair, not fair at all.
The more I think of what we had, the good and even some of the bad
My heart searches for a remedy to heal the cracks of misery
The sweet tasted so great at first until it had an end in a sour burst
Of loneliness, tainted with regret, and something I can never seem to get
The beautiful flower, but yet so poisonous, and terrible, and highly dangerous,
I decided to watch it grow, but doing so, left me in pain and sorrow.
I will never understand, why I keep falling for the same colors,
The same sweet taste,
The same pale horror,
That leaves an empty space, and tears rollin down my face.
My heart beats fast for you, giving that up makes it split into two.
Imagining a life without you beside me, only creates a dark cloud or melancholy.
I've done this before, and here I am again, watching the grains of sand,
Falling to the other side, as my heart decides,
To move on from you, and find someone brand new,
And there I will be,
Repeating the the same cycle that made me bleed.
