Never Thought (Transformers prime smokescreen)

It was late at night when Laura began to feel the searing pain in her body. She woke up and whimpered. Ace and smokey were gone so she was alone. She screamed in pain. God her parents needed to be here but no they were on vacation. She walked outside and fell on the ground. She tried so hard not to scream again.

         She rolled on her back and cried. The pain was so intense that she didn't even notice herself growing. She was in so much pain. Then just like it had begun it had stopped. She dried her tears and raised an eyebrow in confusion. She felt........different? She stood up and almost panicked when she was taller then her own house.

       She put a hand on her hip and realized it was metal! She held her hand in front of her. "Oh my god!" She freaked out.

        She then knew why this was happening. "I'm a cybatronian!!" She yelled. Then she heard her old cranky neighbor walking out.

       "Who's there?!" The old man called. Laura ducked behind her house and whispered to no one in particular. "What do I do?!" She panicked. Then right across the street she noticed a pink ninja bike "Okay smokescreen said something about scanning cars." She said focusing. She finally figured out how to scan and transformed into the bike across the street. She slowly drove out of her drive way and sped down the road.

         She needed to get to base. Her head was spinning with questions all though she already knew the answer. She could remember the way to base from the countless times she had been brought to it. The garage door like wall slid away and she does into the base.

         She transformed and panicked when blasters were pointed at her. It was Arcee and smokescreen tang were pointing there blasters. For a second she felt a little pang of jealousy but she brushed it aside.

        "RELAX ITS ME LAURA!!" She said holding her servos up in front of her.

     Their servos transformed back into their well........servos. "Laura?!" Arcee stated.

        "How?" Smokescreen said confused.

        "I don't know it's all freaky and weird and .....weird!! I already said that! I'm tired and hungry but I can't eat human food and I'm tired!! Grrrrrr!! Think think think!!" She yelled sliding to the floor. "I raced all the way here and........." She yawned.

       "Arcee energon!" Arcee ran to get energon. "Here" she handed smokescreen the energon cube.

     "I can't drink that it's for you guys but wait I am one of you guys. Ohhhhh my god!! What do I do. What about my parents ?what do I say? Oh hey guys in just a bug robot no big deal right. I can't fit in your house any more so I'll just MOVE OUT?!?!?!!!" She freaked. "I can't think straight!! I'm you! I'm a robot!! I'm freaking out!!!" And she fainted.

"Ugh." Laura opened her eyes. "It wa shuts a dream!" She jumped up and heard metal. She then saw smokescreen and ace. "It wasn't just a dream. Damn it!" She yelled. Should she get used to it or wha?

"Come talk to me Laura." Smokescreen gestured towards him.

They walked down the base halls and toward smokeys berthroom. The doors slid shut behind him. "What so wrong with being a cybatronian you already know so much about us anyways." Smokescreen stated.

"I don't know really, I'm just not used to it." She said. She looked at smokescreen. He was leaning against the wall with his servos crossed. He was just looking at her. She was kinda turned on at by how cute he looked standing there. She smirked. "What?" He said.

"Nothing just me being a dirty girl." She laughed. Smokescreen raised an optics ridge. He uncrossed his servos and walked towards her. He didn't smirk or anything.

"Smokescreen we got one lets goo!" Bulkhead shouted from outside his door.

"Oh I'm sorry Laura I have to go." He sighed and walked out.

"When you get back?" She winked and he smiled.

      "Yea sure." He said not so enthusiastic. Laura frowned. What was going on with him? Didn't he want her back? She walked out and down the hallway.

She spotted Optimus and ratchet must have been in his berthroom. The kids must have been at school. She sighed. So that meant smokescreen and Arcee were together with bulkhead and bee. Smokescreen had been acting weird. He wasn't as cocky around her anymore. He always bubbles up when Arcee walked into the room though. That was disappointing to say the least.

Laura was watching Optimus on the computer decoding relics. She realized that the decoding was almost like scrabble. She wasn't good at scrabble. Her mom was though. The groundbridge opened and all of the boys walked through. She spotted smokescreen but he didn't even look at her. He just started talking to Arcee.

"Hey sweetspark!" Ace said coming up behind Laura and picking her up.

"Ace put me down." She giggled. He did as told and smiled. He noticed her distraught look though. "What's on your processor?" Ace asked.

She sighed. "Smokescreen seen spending ALOT of time with Arcee. But just the other week he told me he needed me and practically begged for me back. Now he doesn't respond to anything. I think I'm loosing him." She sighed again. Ace looked at Smokescreen.

"He is spending a lot of time with her. I wander what that's about." He said.

"I don't know and honestly i don't care I'm way to tired." Laura said glaring showing that she was abviously lying. She walked off and down the hallway to her new berthroom. She sat on the berth with her back against the wall. That's when she felt a tear fall from her optic. Was smokescreen cheating on her? Tears fell. He clearly didn't want her to bother him. She sighed while the energon tears fell and ended up falling on her berth.

The door to her berthroom slid open and smokescreen walked in. Laura looked up and quickly wiped away the tears. She really hoped that cybatronian crying wasn't as noticeable as human crying. Just in case she pretended to be looking at her servos to avoid looking at him. He couldn't know.

"Hey." Smokescreen said

She didn't answer. She just nodded because she knew he would be able to tell she had been crying by the way her stuffed up voice sounded. Smokescreen walked towards the berth. Laura scooted away slowly.

"Laura?" Smokescreen asked worried. "Look at me." He said.

"Maybe I don't wanna look at you." Laura finally spoke.

"Laura please explain,what's going on?" He asked. Anger boiled inside of her.

"No. You tell me what's going on!" Laura snapped. "You've been avoiding me, trying to get away from me when you can't avoid me and you've been doing an awful bunch of chatting with Arcee!" She yelled glaring "I thought you said you wanted me!"

"No! Arcee has nothing to do with this!" He yelled right back. "I needed healing and over the time me and you were separate I interfaced with her. A lot." He said. "I just couldn't stop thinking about you. So, she agreed the only way was to.... You know" he said.

Laura shattered into pieces right there and then. So he had been running around the whole time with Arcee. She got up and ran out. Smokescreen ran after her but she sped off to her house. He still followed her.

She had figured out how to activate her holoform. She busted into her hide and raced upstairs as if she was being chased by a monster. She ran into her room and locked the door. "FUCK FUCK FUCK FUCK!" She screamed hitting the wall repeatedly.

"Laura please it was a mistake!" Smokescreen said banging on the door. "Just let me in! We can work this out."

"I should have NEVER trusted you! Your just like every other guy I've dated! And they're all MANHORES!!!" She yelled. She banged her head on her dresser in anger. She saw red blotches in her eyes. She kept banging. Then she passed out landing with a thud on the floor.

"Laura?! Laura?!" He yelled in panic. He kicked the door breaking the lock. He ran inside. "Laura please! Wake up!" He panicked. He was so scared he couldn't think straight. He pulled her into his arms.
