Laura was sitting on her couch scheming up a New Years party/ welcome home party for her parents. She wrote down a list of things she would need and she also wrote down new ideas. Her parents would be home tomorrow. They had to go to a meeting in some other county that was like, 9 hours away and they spent all day driving.
As she was writing down what she needed, she heard the door open and close. Someone plopped down next to her on the couch.
"So sis, what we doin today?" Ace asked as he grabbed the remote off the table and started flipping through channels like a pro. Laura remembered when she first taught him how to do that.
"I'm going to plan a welcome home party for my parents." Laura said as she wrote down cake.
"Want me to help?" He asked.
"Sure. First we'll go to the store and pick up everything we need and then I'll need you to go tell the other bots about the party. Meanwhile I'll be telling Jack,Miko,raf,and a few others from school." Laura stated.
"Okay fine with me." Ace said.
"It's about time I taught you how to buy food." Laura said giggling. .........
Ace and Laura pulled up to the store and his holoform climbed out of his alt mode. Laura had a pink ninja bike as her alt mode.

"Now grab one of those." Laura said pointing to a shopping cart.
"Why?" Ace asked eyeing the small contraption.
"Because that's what we put all of our stuff in as we go." Laura stated holding back laughter.
"Okay." He murmured.
They walked into the store and Laura watched as ace awkwardly pushed the cart. She laughed. .........
Ace and Laura pulled back into the driveway after collecting everything Laura needed for her party.
They got out and carried in groceries. Laura opened the door and walked inside pushing the bags onto the counter. She took the decorations out of the grocery sacks.
She started hanging streamers along the hallway walls. She hung decorations from the ceiling by balancing on aces shoulder. She could have used a chair but he insisted. He probably wanted to help. She wobbled a little bit aces shoulders stayed stuff like a plank board.
Laura also hung lights,stapling them to the walls. Ace held them still as she stapled.
Next was cake,brownies,cupcakes,lobster, salad,stake,hot dogs, and cheeseburgers. She would need more help for this one.
"Hey jack, get Miko and Rafael and meet me at my house. Also, bring your mother." Laura said into her I phone that was being held between her ear and shoulder as she hung more lights.
"Sure! What for?" He sounded enthusiastic and then confused.
"I'm having a party for my parents and I need help." Laura laughed.
