Ulquiorra was just other emotionless and cold hearted person who doesn't care about anything but himself and the rules. However you feel like Ulquiorra was lonely inside still even though he won't admit.
You soon got along with the few girls little in the espada and boys but knowing szayel he wanted to do experiments with you....and nnoitra doesn't care about you. Grimmjow seems to like you little more.
Ulquiorra had seen your skills and powers before which made him very pleased.
Ulquiorra had train with you before only during little time before going to check on the 'woman' known as orihime.
You always though he like her by how he is around her even though aizen's made him in charge of her and there's nnoitra perverted attitude with her.
