I look at Louis a little confused and nervous, my guard up and prepared to lie out of my ass if he asks anything related to us.
"Yeah, sure Louis what do you want to know?"
"Are you Sam Star?" he asks groggily but he also had an edge in his tone. I panic in my head, I try to regulate my breathing and not freak out. Holy shit he knows! but maybe he doesn't.. who am I kidding yes he does! At least I planned for this. When I came to London I changed my last name just in case this ever happened, the chances were slim to non but I was not about to take that chance. I'm not a Star anymore, I'm a Williams but I can't tell him that.
"No Louis my last name is Williams. Sam Williams. Sorry." I try to end the conversation quickly but also sound calm when doing so.
"It's ok I just thought I'd ask." I nod stiffly and make my way out the door and back down stairs.
"What took you so long?" Harry asks as I reach the living room.
"Sorry Harry but I have to go... I'll see you later." he nods confused and stands up, bringing me into a great hug. As I'm hugging him I felt my fangs lengthen and slightly nick Harry's neck. I slowly take in a deep breath in result of my shocked expression and freeze. Gosh I hope he didn't notice.
I pull away and rush out the door.
When I enter my house, I slam the door.
"AHHHHH!" I scream slamming my hand on the wall and my head after it. I'm angry at myself and I start pounding my fists against the door.
"Whats going on down here?" Mandy mumbles, stumbling down the stairs.
"He fucking knows! God I'm so stupid!" I shout tugging at my hair.
"Who? Who knows what?" Mandy walks over to me now alert.
"Louis! He knows who I am! He's close to finding out! We're going to die and it's all because of me!" I sit on the couch trying to let out some steam.
"How? What did he say?" she sits down beside me and rubs my back to try and calm me down.
" He asked me if I was Sam Star. He's getting closer. If we die it's all my fault.."
"Hey, look at me. We are not going to die ok. If he tries to kill us, we will kill him first."
"He might bring police and people.."
"Sam who in the world will believe that vampires exist? No one except little kids with vivid imaginations. We are going to be fine ok?" She tries to assure.
"We can't be too sure Mandy. We can't take any risks."
"What if you start dating one of them?" her question caught me off guard. Me dating one of them?
"Me?! what about you! Your the flirt." I exclaim, insulted that she thinks I would date one of them.
" Sam I never even met them! And plus I'm already dating someone. Not to mention when you mention Harry your eyes turn lighter and that only happens when you really like someone." My eyes widen and I stay silent. She just had to confirm what I feared didn't she?
