TWENTY FOUR CANDIDATES, INCLUDING Y/N, KILLUA, GON, KURAPIKA AND LEORIO have completed the Trick Tower and successfully passed the Hunter Exam's Third Phase. After all the setbacks, they're now one step closer to achieving their ultimate goal; a Hunter's license. Everyone was filled with glee — fist-pumping the air, kissing the ground, and giving high-fives to their fellows teammates.
A petite man with a very distinctive violet mohawk and seemingly large clear glasses appeared before the examinees. The man was none other than their Third Phase examiner, Lippo.

"Ladies and gentlemen. Congratulations for passing the third phase of the exam," he congratulated and everyone felt honored for making it this far into the exams. "There is only the fourth phase and the final phase left," he added, reviving groans from the examinees who barely passed. The man paid no attention and pointed to a small island. "The fourth phase will be taken there. At Zevil Island. Let us proceed," the man informed, snapping his fingers to signal the assistant
The assistant was pushing a rolling table with only a box on top. "I will need you to draw lots."
Most of the applicants were surprised. "Lots?"
"For what?" asked one of the examinees with a purple cap that covered up his shoulder length brown hair.
Let him talk and maybe he'll tell us.
"To determine who will hunt and who will be hunted," Lippo responded with ease. He pointed back to the cart to draw everyone's attention back to it. "In here, we have twenty-five cards. In other words, your ID numbers are on the cards," he proceeded with the instructions, "Now, I need each of you to draw a card," he added, "In order by which you exited the tower. So, will the first person come forward?"
Hisoka then moved forward to the cart and draws a card from the box. Upon getting the card, Hisoka returned back into the crowd.
