Chapter 7

Sorry I haven't been writing. I'm busy with school and stuff. But here's the next chapter.

I was texting Liam all night. We were talking some crazy shit but it really didn't matter to me.

From Liam:

I got a question?

To Liam:

Yes?

From Liam:

Do you like that Ashton kid?

I don't know why he asked me that question. I don't even know the guy well.

To Liam:

From Liam:

oh...

To Liam:

Why r u asking that question?

From Liam:

idk

Jealous he is. I realized that it was ten o'clock.

To Liam:

gtg bye

From Liam:

Bye

Since I was hanging out with Liam I didn't take a shower. I went to the get my pajamas out of my drawers, I found my cute Minnie Mouse pjs. I head straight to the bathroom and closed the door. I turned on the water and waited to warm up, I strip off my clothes and get in the shower. Every time I take a shower I keep on thinking about everything. Things are just getting weird for me. I missed everything about North Carolina, the beautiful cites, my best friends and how we just hang out all day, I was very homesick. I just want to go home. Home is where everything is except for Liam. Liam just took over my life and I couldn't really let him go, I don't know why it's like he can't be taken away from me. I want him to come home with me, I want him to get to know North Carolina.

Home.

I was at the park and I was looking down at the fountain. I reached out in my pocket and brought out a penny. I hold it tight to my chest.

I whispered to myself "I wish I was home."

I dropped the penny in the fountain. The penny didn't land at the bottom of the fountain, it actually didn't land anywhere it kept on going and going. I started to lean forward to get a better look. I fell in the fountain and it was endless. I kept on falling not knowing when I will land. I tried to swim back to the surface but it was no use, the surface kept on getting smaller and smaller in size. I just drifted. I closed my eyes. Feel like I'm just going to die here. Feeling of my shyness came over me I don't know why but it just happened. I opened my eyes and saw glowing beautiful lights. Different colors and I then I saw images. I saw a hospital and a cute baby and my parents. It was me. The image faded and I saw another one, it was me gardening with my mom. Tears swelled up in my eyes. I realized these were my memories. More and more images came. I saw Gretchen and my other friend Lulu. They were waving at me, I waved back. The image faded away and came a new one. It was me hugging them. The tears were coming out but they were going into the water. I kept on crying and crying.

Home. Home.

After another single tear drop, something came to me. It was from the distance and it was swimmings. I kept on staring at it. It came closer and closer and I now knew what it was. It was Liam. He finally came up to me. He pull me in for a hug. He release me and held out his hands. In his hands was a penny.

"You are home." He said with a smile. He let the penny go and it floated to the top. I started to cry even more and he hugged me again. He was the only thing safe.

I awaken to the sound of my alarm clock. I tried to turn it off but kept on missing it. I was too tired to think. I just knocked it on the floor but it still kept on ringing.

I groaned. "Shut up." I got up and turned it off. I changed into jeans, a blue  v- neck with a undershirt. I headed downstairs, I got a poptart. My phone buzzed in my pocket. I check it and was Liam.

From Liam:

come outside

I went outside only to see Liam inside his car. Oh that was sweet of him.

I get in the car.

"Hi." He said with a smile.

"Hi." I did the same.

We started to drive to school.  It was early though. I was rubbing my legs.

"You ok?" He asked.

"Yeah. I'm just nervous about our test today."

"We have a test? But I think you'll do good."

"Thanks."

We just sat there in silent for the rest of the ride. We finally made it to school. We were early but a lot of people were there. When we got out of the car people kept on staring at us. I felt uncomfortable. People stared at us looking like we were freaks.

I then saw a girl with blonde hair come toward us.

"Hi Saige!" I then realized it was Perrie.

"H...h...hi." I said.

We were just silence for a couple of seconds.

"So who is your friend." She said.

I forgot Liam was right next to me.

"Oh this... is Liam."

"Hello." He said.

Then Zayn came up to us.

"Hey Liam." He said.

"Hey bro." Liam said.

"Come on. Come hang with the guys, you barely did yesterday."

"Ok ok I will." Liam left with Zayn.

I looked at Perrie. She was staring at Liam and Zayn.

"Who is that boy?" She asked.

"Z...Zayn." I said.

She kept on staring at him.

"Well umm..." She couldn't say a word.

She was drooling over him I could tell easily.

The bell rings. Liam comes up to me.

"Let's go to science." He said.

We got our books from our lockers then headed to class. We sat down in our desks and people were staring at us.

Jesus stop looking at us!

I forget about them. I was still nervous about the test and started to rub my legs again. Liam grabbed one of my hands.

"Don't worry. You'll do great."
