Chapter Six-

"When you started dating Hunter Masterson, you signed up for a world of trouble. he isn't what you thought he was. Preppy and smart maybe but not kind or thoughtful. His life is filled with blood and mass murder." I was about to say something but his expression told me otherwise.

"Like I said before he isn't what you think he is. His family has a business with the RushHa cartel, The most notorious drug cartel in the nation. His family cuts peoples bodies up and store drugs in them to ship off to different RushHa cartels. Once you became his girlfriend all of his contacts in the cartel knew. They now know everything about you. Your name, family, where you were born, and maybe.. maybe even your favorite color.

I snickered a laugh but then soon stopped. I had to remember that this was no dream. It was reality and i had 9 questions left to understand what has happened in the last 2 days.

"What's your name?" I asked and plastered a doubted look on my face as he chuckled.

"I knew you were going to ask that. My name is Terrell Evans.

I nodded in interest. "Who do you work for?" Seven questions left.

"I've worked for the CIA for 4 years now." He tapped his blue ink pen on the conference table and his brown eyes looked up at me.

"How long do I have to stay here?" I am grateful for the protection but i don't like it here.. I feel like I am being watched or something.

"For as long as my team catches the Masterson family and the head of the cartel." He replied with a smirk, thinking he is going to be the hero that saves the day.

I rolled my eyes but then remembered something, "What do you mean catch the Masterson family. they are at their house.. right?"

He chuckled again and I grumbled in frustration. This isn't funny. I need to know why all of this is happening to me and he is just laughing. I guess he saw my anger because he quickly changed his face back all serious-y and stuff.

"Well I-I mean yeah. But we need evidence before we place our arrest and them and then go to a judge who wil-" I yawned

"I don't care about that part." I said impatiently and asked a different question. I didn't wanted to be bored by some lecture about Judges and Laws.

"Are you going to be staying in the house with me?"

"Only if you want" He slyly replied with a wink

I scoffed. This dude needs to learn better pick up lines if he wants to pick up chicks.

"Okay I have one more question" I cleared my throat.

"Will I ever be able to go back to school and  live a normal life?"

"The chances of that are slim. But you never know, huh ?" And with that he stood up and escorted me up to my room.

When we got to the front door he rubbed his brown trimmed hair and nodded.

"I'll see you in the morning for breakfast. I have left a towel and a change of clothes on your bed" He scrambled up my hair. "Goodnight kiddo." He walked swiftly away.

And that's when I knew it. Terrell Evans was a tough guy on the inside. But on the outside I knew the guy means well.

I took a shower and rubbed my bruises that were from when Terrell pushed me inside the car when I almost got a bullet in the head.

I shivered thinking about it. I put on blue plaid pajama pants and a red crop top and snuggled inside the king sized bed.

I could get used to this bed.

Terrell's POV:

I sat on my couch and thought about Alejandra. The girl is quite the firecracker I smiled as I remembered her youthful face and big bright hazel eyes. I couldn't fall for her. It was too dangerous and I knew that it could lead to one of us being dead.

My blackberry ring tone went off and I jumped. I solemnly walked over to my dresser and saw it was my boss, Mark. Mark was one stubborn guy. You screw anything up and he can and will make you life a living hell.

"Sir?"

"Do you have the girl?"

"Yes sir I do."

"Good. Keep her safe and unharmed. If you mess this up you know what will happen don't you?" He said as if it meant nothing to him. Which is probably true.

"Yes sir I understand if I fail to complete the mission I will suffer the consequences"

"You're a smart man, Evans." The phone went dead.

I sighed and headed to bed. in my dreams I was greeted by one person--

Alejandra.
