I Have These Thoughts So Often

Stars?

What if stars could talk?

What if they could take a walk

And tell you all that they have seen

And you could tell them what it means.

But what if stars just laughed at you

Because they don't get the things we do?

And stars are bright so what if they

Thought they were better in every way?

And looked down at us like they do in space

Would you turn and run or slow your pace?

Would you listen to the thinks they say?

Or would you keep up along your way?

I think a star would be quite mean

And laugh at the things that they've seen.

They would think that we're insane

And that we just like causing pain

But a star, it seems, is pure and fine

And if they laughed I wouldn't mind

Because a star has seen much more than me

And it knows how it thinks I should be

A star would know just what needs

And its not for humans to be so mean

So I think a star would be quite wise,

And I think it would be quite a surprise.

An original I wrote on spot as a challenge from a friend. This probably won't stay up long as it's total shit, but if you appreciate it than I want you to take a look at yourself and think, damn. I am a really good person
