Better The Second Time Around

Logan's POV

"Yo sleepy head, get up breakfast is ready" I heard Mellisa knock on my door for the third time already.

I sluggishly got out of bed and looked at the time. God dammit! It was already 7:45. My head trobbed from that spider encounter last night. But it was totally worth it, as long as I get a goodnight hug.

I got in the shower, feeling the cold water run on my head then on my body. Really helped ease my headache.
I put on some clothes and went downstairs for breakfast.

"Wow, what happened to you?" Mellisa asked sipping on her cup of coffee while holding hands with Josh.

"Don't start" I said. I was really not in the mood to talk to Mellisa. She could be annoying when I least expect her to be.

"You look horrible" she continued "have u been up all nig-"

"Oh, god M you smudged your mascara" I teased "You look so awful, right Josh" I winked at Josh, telling him to play on

She scrambled to the mirror and checked for any make-up smudge on her face. Josh and I both laughed while Mellisa's face was turning tomato-red.

Works every time

"Bloody hell!" She screamed and grabbed the nearest thing she could. (In that case was a hairbrush) and threw it at me. I dodged the brush then quickly recovered.

"Ughh! You're so annoying" she said stomped her foot like a five year old girl.

"I know" I wispered with a smirk

"Don't worry babe you look absolutely beautiful today" Josh said grabbing Mellisa by the waist and pulled her close to him

"Ah, babe that's so sweet of you". She stood up on her toes to meet Josh's lips and they kissed for a pretty long time. And not just the typical simple kiss, their kiss was all out, lips to lips, tongue to tongue, esophagus to esophagus. God, I just hate it when people kiss like nobody's business in front of my face.

"Seriously guys?" I snickered "go get a room or something"

"Shut up Log, you're just jealous cuz' you don't have a girlfriend" she said

"No I'm not" I frowned. I went to the kitchen, grabbed a mug from the cupboard and made coffee.

"Oh yeah, what about that time when you and Ka-"

"Don't start, just please I don't want anything to do with her" I clenched my jaw and proceded in making my coffee

"Just sayin'" she shrugged her shoulders and left the kitchen.

Dang! Now my day is ruined

I ate my breakfast and drank my coffee alone in the kitchen. I wonder where Emily is.

I finished my breakfast, washed the dishes and went upstairs to clean my room for the week.

Finally I finished cleaning my room about,...45 minutes later. This whole "cleaning thing" is not one of the things that I look forward to by the end of the week. Cleaning is tiring, time consuming, and really really boring.

But, I do make my bed everyday

I sat down on my bed and looked around my room in appreciation.

"Hey bro," Mellisa said standing between me and the TV.

"What? Get out of the way" I begged

"I'm going with Josh to a party tonight, I already told mom and dad" she told me still standing in front of the TV.
