The Mistake

Chapter 6

Alice looked at him.

"What?" She asked pushing him away.

"Alice. I like you. And I think we can do it!" He said.

She stood up and paced.

"You think we can do this?!?! We are 15! And it's barely any of you! I have to carry this around for another 8 months! Nobody even has to know your the father, everybody will know that I'm the mother! There's no avoiding it! Is the baby gonna live with you?! Do you think I want this baby?!" She said her voice getting louder and louder.

"Alice. Calm down. I just wanna help." He said standing up and pacing as well. Trying to catch her.

She grabbed her bag and before briskly running out of the door, she said something that she knew would hurt, but she was hurt too. "You've done enough."

Jack sat down. He slammed the door. He was mad. He wanted to be mad. But he was hurt. He sat on the couch, his knees to his chest. Tears started to trickle down his face.

"Be tough...be tough...be tough!" He thought to himself.

Jack started to be worried now. He hadn't really reacted when Alice told him.

What would everybody think. He wanted to stay strong for Alice. He liked her. And Now she was carrying his baby. They're baby.

What if she aborts the baby? What if she doesnt want me to be involved? Does she even like me?  Jack thought all of these things constantly. He thought he was sitting there for hours. But it was only 20 minutes. When his mom came home, he told his mom and ran to his room and refused to speak with anybody.

Alice ran. She thought about what she would do now. She didn't wanna go home.

Might as well tell Sami now She thought.

Sami was Alice's best friend in the world. She wasn't in her big group of friends, because she never liked them, and Alice agreed to stay friends. Sami was very sassy. She did not take any shit from anybody. She had a high temper problem too. Alice still loved her though.

She knocked on the apartment door that she had knocked on 3 billion times before. She never thought that she would have to tell her, and she didn't want to.

"Sup girl!" Sami said acting sassy. Then she saw Alice's face and pulled her in to her room and almost threw her on her bed.

"Whats wrong?!" She said. Alice started to cry.

"Ya know Jack?" She said stifling her cries. Sami nodded.

"Me and him, hooked up the other night. And. And. I'm Pregnant!" She said throwing her face in her hands.

Sami gasped. She shook Alice's shoulders.

"Alice! We were supposed to be neighbors and out husbands would be twin brothers, and we would have our kids at the same time, and you would have 1 more kid then me, and we would live in Indiana!" She said.  Alice nodded and stopped crying.

"I have to stop crying! I've cries like 7 times today!" She said wiping her tears.

"And Jacks a fucking douchebag." Sami said pulling Alice close.

Alice shrugged. "I didnt think so before. But today. Ugh."

"We'll get through this. I'll help! I swear!" Sami nodded eagerly.

"I don't know what im gonna do with the baby."  Alice pulled away and wiped her eyes again.

"Do you want Jack involved?" Sami asked her with confusion in her face.

Alice shrugged. "I should get home." Alice smiled. "I love you." Alice said and pulled her close.

Sami smiled. "You too kid."

Hi guys! I hoped you liked this chapter! I've found a way Where I actually like to update. So who ships Alice and Sami? Just kidding! The character Sami was based off happyhappytacotimoff she asked me to write her a character and shes given me lots of support, so now she has a character in the book! So yeah. I'm tired. It's 3:20 AM
