Where My Love Goes by Lawson

'Despite the miscellany nature of the content on my blog, I came to awareness that never have I touched on the topic of HEALTHY LIVING 🍒🍴. Now, most of you may be pondering over the question - why bother with embracing and adopting a healthy lifestyle. There are multifarious reasons to be listed and it will be pointless to drone on and bore you with such content, so highlighting a few will suffice.

1 - to reduce chances of catching diseases, stand stronger against infections and allow body parts to function (bearing in mind a great percentage of which may be fatal, with factors like calcium deficiency that may lead to complications)
2 - one easy way out of high stress levels
3 - in the long run, you will find that what you do now, (in your teenage and adulthood), definitely benefits seeing as that body parts may not deteriorate as easily
4 - enjoy and indulge in life since no health problems can tie you down
5 - makes one happy (it may not be that case for all, but yeah, this one's for me)

To be honest, I didn't give the significance of being in a health of pink any thoughts, but growing up being preached and lectured on it, I was prone to start pick up good habits.
There are a wide range of aspects when it comes to healthy living but I will look in depth at the importance of hydration. We all know that 8 glasses of water per day is the minimal requirement of intake. But how often do we actually hit that target? I only reach out for my bottle when I get that quench-thirsting feeling in my throat and the bland, dull taste of water does not really seem all that appealing. What are some nourishing alternatives we can turn to then? Juices, fruit infused water, and popsicles are 3 top answers on my list!

Without further ado, here are some of the choicest drinks and popsicles I have come to love after going on a mini adventurous hunt:

I am pretty sure many (if not most of us) have heard of cold-pressed juices, but what exactly is that you may wonder. Cold-pressed juice refers to juice that uses a hydraulic press to extract juice from fruit and vegetables.

After popping in to disparate outlets that specialises in such juices, Ar juices has emerged at the top of the list. The juices sold can be classified into 4 major categories – for beauty, detox, energy or health. My 2 favourites are the Tumeric Sunrise and Pamp. The ingredients added are turmeric, apple, celery, lemon, carrot, pear and ginger and pineapple, mint, apple and pear respectively. I am not a huge fan of greens, but each concoction has an element of surprise to it. The gut-churning tang was removed, leaving behind only a light, refreshing taste. Pamp, especially with mint in the mixture, is superbly revitalising.

Fruit infused water is one easy way to boost one's metabolism, most importantly, they are inexpensive and easy to make at home! Blueberry and lavender is a well-known flavour for dessert, but it combines to a fragranced-taste drink too. Blueberries contain antioxidants, which work to neutralize free radicals linked to the development of cancer, cardiovascular disease, and other age-related conditions. (http://www.medicaldaily.com/health-benefits-blueberries-5-reasons-eat-more-blueberries-246727) Lavender on the other hand eradicates nervous tension and relieves pain. Cucumber cilantro and lemon is the next on recommendation. There are many benefits to it, but it mainly aids in inflammation and digestion. If you are in a frame of mind to spice things up a little, you can always turn these drinks into small little ice cubes. The steps\process will be more, I wouldn't say tedious, but complicated.

It is an absolute beaut to be able to indulge in toothsome frozen treats that are salubrious at the same time. Popeganda make the best fruity popsicles on earth. Imagine the joy of lying by the seaside in an oppressive weather. Mixed berries and Kiwi watermelon aka "Candy cane" (ps. isn't that such a cute name?) are my best-loves. The rich flavour of berries just stimulates your taste buds. It is even possible to single out each taste of the berries! The tingly sensation of the next popsicle was what attracted me in the first place. Its rejuvenating and sweet yet with itsy-bitsy hint of sourness.

I hope this post helped you guys to find your passion and boost your motivation to maintain a healthy diet or at least intake fruity smoothies, juices and popsicles! Eating organic and natural fruits without insecticide straight off the groceries bag perform the same desired effects as well. Stay clear of junk and fast-food, permission granted for once in a blue moon though. Hydrate yourselves and be healthy! Also, let me know down in the comments if you find this post up to your standards and whether or not it aids you in healthy dieting!'

Hey-a-lo! Every book published is unique in one way or another and I have decided to do something special for mine. As mentioned in previous chapters, Karlie (the main female lead) is a anonymous blogger, so every now and then, a post of hers will be uploaded. This is for you guys to have a insight on what she mostly shares with the viewers. The content is not fixed to only a few major genres, but instead covers everything, ranging from community issues to life stories.

Do comment and tell me what you think about this little dedication and concept!
Thanks for the support you have given me up to till now!

All of this blogging thing going on is inspired by my favourite bloggers/vloggers - Zoella, Pointlessblogs and ThatcherJoe. To me, this is no small feat as it requires a great deal of courage and confidence. It will take lots of hard work to reach their level of professionalism though.

Vote, comment and share! Lots of love.
