Figuring it all out

Alex's POV

When I wake up the next morning Amelia is still laying on me and I kiss her forehead and lips gently.
I heard about giving strength but I've never seen it. I lay my hands on her upper back and vision my strength floating to her. When that doesn't seem to be working I kiss the place where holt bit her and put a little bit of pressure while  visioning my power flowing into her. Her eyes open and she shakes her head.
"It takes a while to learn how give strength." I shake my head disappointed.
"But I've heard of something mates can do from the moment they meet." She says. She sits up and straddles my waist.
"Show me." I say. I sit up and put my back against the head board. She leans down like if she was going to kiss my neck but instead begins to nibble and suck as if she was giving me a hickey. It feels like she's sucking in my strength but instead of feeling weaker as she does it I feel stronger, it's as if every time I give to her I get back double.
"Now you try." She says. I put my lips on where holt marked her and it's as if my body knows exactly what to do.
She lets out a small gasp and runs her hands up my chest looking me in the eye.
"I love you Alex." My whole body freezes and she realizes what she's said. I'm too shocked to say anything and her face turns into a hurt one and she moves off of me. Before she can go any farther I grab her and growl before flipping us over and covering her in kisses.
"I love you to my Luna" I say. I put my head into her neck and she holds me there, tangling her fingers in my hair. She giggles and her legs wrap around my waist.
I look down and notice she is still in just a sports bra and shorts. I run my hand from her collarbone to her belly button.
"One day this body is going to hold my pups." I say kissing her stomach. She looks away scared and hurt and I assume she's thinking about Thea.
"Don't worry for now we will just use this time to practice." I say smirking trying to cover it up. My fingers move past her belly to the inside of her thighs where she has me locked with her legs. She blushes and tries to sit up but I push her back down.
"What the big bag alpha chick can't handle a little teasing." I say. Her eyes flicker black and I know I set her wolf off. She flips us so I'm in my back and she quickly leans down and bites into my neck, marking me for all to see.
"Mine." She growls. I smile and wrap my arms around her tightly and giving her more access. She can bite and mark me as many times as she wants. I have no problem with the world knowing that I belong to this beautiful girl.

Amelia's POV...

I thought that Alexander would be mad about me marking him since he was an alpha but he seemed to be enjoying it based on his lil friend. I smirk and he realizes and blushes.
"Sorry." He says. I smirk at him then lean back pressing myself against him.
"For what?" I ask deviously. He flips us over again and continues to kiss all over my body, including my fingertips and sides while letting out small growls of pleasure.

The next morning I kiss him on the lips lightly before exiting and going into my office. My gamma Zion is looking over paperwork stressed.
"Zion go take a break." I say sitting down. He looks up and looks like he wants to argue but I put a hand up silencing him.
"You look like you're about to knock out. So go take a nap and a shower, than have a nice breakfast and you can come back down and help if you want. And if you didn't catch on that's an order." I say patting his back and walking him to the door.
"Thanks alpha."
"Don't worry once I figure out who is going to be my beta you will have someone to share the burden when I'm out of commission or busy."
He nods his head and I walk back to my desk before sitting down and looking it all over.
'Time to get this done.' I think to myself.
Pretty soon all of the paper work is organized and I'm signing some last few pieces of paper and writing up this months budget when my sexy mate walks in dressed in all black.
"Hey handsome." I say leaning back and closing the cap on my pen.
"Do you know how sexy you look sitting in that chair and getting shit done? You're gonna be one hell of a Luna." He says. I look down and he sits down in the chair across from me.
"Alexander I've been an alpha my whole life. I don't know how to be anything but an alpha. I can't just sit pretty and be the Luna of your pack like you expect me too." I say looking down. For some reason I feel ashamed, he shouldn't have to worry about a cocky opinionated mate. He should have someone who will support him no matter what.
"Amelia I'm happy that you won't just sit back and take my shit. I'm not perfect and I'm going to need you to be the one to put me in check when I mess up because your the only person I listen to." He says coming to sit on my side of the desk.
"What about my pack? I mean which one would we stay in? How could this even work?" I say wanting to cry. I put my head down in his lap and he runs his hands threw my hair.
"Would it really be so bad to join the packs? I'm not saying this because I want anything from you I'm just saying it because it would mean we don't have to worry about not seeing each other."
"Who would be the alpha of this united pack. Who would be the beta and gamma?"
"We are both gonna be alphas, my pack members will probably call you luna outof respect but your pack members will continue to call you alpha. And they can call me whatever they want I really don't care as long as I have you. And you already don't have a beta so we keep my beta and your gamma Zion and make my gamma a delta."
"What about my Epsilons?"
"We do what you did and I make my Epsilon rank and we connect the two."
"Where would we live?"
"We find a nice house for the two of us equal distance from both pack houses and we will have the pack meetings at our house. We can make this work Amelia but only if you are really willing to try." I stand up and stand in between his legs.
"Of course I will ...alpha" I say whispering the last part into his ear. He groans and kisses me.
"Damn I love you woman." He says lifting me up. I straddle him and we are making out until Zion and Kate come into the room laughing and joking with each other. They both freeze just as the two of us freeze until Kate's starts to die of laughter. I hide my face in Alex's neck and he helps me down.
"How can I help you Kate?" I ask sitting back in my chair.
"I came to pick up the budget list and the money for groceries." She says trying to stop her laughs.
The list is under Alex's butt so I tap him so he can stand up. I grab the list then look at how much it is before taking that much money out the safe. I hand it to her and she bows before leaving.
"What about you Zion what can I help you with?" I ask. He too looks like he wants to laugh but he controls himself.
"It time for training alpha, I haven't seen you in the gym for a while and some of the others are under the impression that you've gone soft. I smirk and nod my head.
"I'll be down in five minutes." I walk to the closet in my office and change into some shorts and a work out bra.
"Come on babe I got to show these boys how it's done." I say to him. To my surprise he is now also dressed in workout clothes.
