Serene's POV:
    So after we came home from the mall, I introduced Rose to Josie and then we ran upstairs to get ready. I had to call Xander so he knew the plan. When he picked up he said"hey babe" " ok so for tonight I need you to be named Rowan ok" "sure do I need to wear a tie and drive you too?" "Tie is up to you but I will need you to drive me, rose, and Tyler." "Rose, not Rosie our old friend." "Yes, that Rose I hope your ok with that or we can cancel I guess." "No I'm ok as long as you promise to spend most of the night with me and who is Tyler?" "Tyler is a boy I'm living with." "Oh yeah I heard that from Gigi" "wait how did Gigi know about me, I didn't tell her anything." "Well she is Mr.Timtrull's assistant and has access to everything and she said she overheard the conversation the day your dad passed and you found out he was gone. " "ok well so can you pick us up at 5:00 and my address is 1578 folkstover way. I know we are in the Kings court as we called when we were younger and you need to type in a code before entering it is 1578 and then when a voice asks your name say Serene's boyfriend Rowan." "Ok lady bossypants get it because you live in the Kings court and all royal people are called ladies." "Yeah I get it and we're going to Fertelis. " "oh we went there on our first date this brings back so many memories." "What ok?"  "You don't remember we went our first date there!" "Bye I got go get ready for the date bye." I hung up and then stripped so I could slip on my dress. Rose says "you look so hot and close the door." I closed the door and she hopped up on my bed and I did the same and we made out and then we got ready. I put on my dress, a pair of heels, a touch of makeup, and a headband , I was ready to go. Rose was ready too and it was only 4:45 and then she said "We should have a sleepover, my family are on vacation and the drive home would be long. And I want some time alone with my girlfriend. Then tomorrow we can work on the thing we talked about in the dressing room." "Ok I'll go ask Josie." I zipped down the stairs and Josie was sitting on the couch. She said" Hey Serene you look good." "Thank you Josie I was wondering if Rose could sleep over because her parents are out of town and she doesn't have anywhere to be after the date." "Sure sweetie and there's a ring at the gate so get ready."  I zipped up stairs as fast as someone wearing heels can run upstairs. I opened my door and said "good news she said yes!" "Yay I'll just borrow one of your shirts to sleep into tonight this is going to be so much fun." "Like back when I was dating Xander and we would have sleepovers." "Yeah just like those." Then Josie yelled "Kids Rowan's here." Xander came in and introduced himself to Tyler and Josie. He then said hey to Rose and acted chill. I am so happy that he is being so cool about this. I know if I were him I would not be. I mean we were his best friends and then I dated him. Then broke up with him to get together with our other friend. Now he had no one. So I am really happy that he is being so cool about Rose being here and everything. We then walked out and went into the car. I sat shot-gun as he drove his black bug. The flames on the side were fading. Rose said exactly what I was thinking "Rowan remember when we painted those on there." Xander replied"Yeah we haven't touched them up in a while, we really should do that sometime." Tyler looked all confused and than began to speak. "Hey Rowan, why can you drive when the girls can't?" "Well I am 16 and a half and since my brothers are really young and my parents work I got my license at 15. I got this car for my 15th birthday and as a party the girls came over and painted it with me." "Oh so you are all friends and you too are dating." Tyler said pointing to me and Xander. "Yeah, we've been friends since preschool were we all met and I started late so we were all in the same grade." Said Xander. None of what he said was a lie, it was all the truth and story of our lives before it all changed. There were a couple awkward silent moments in the car but it was ok. When we got to the restaurant, me and Rose went into the bathroom. The moment we stepped in, closed the door, and checked to make sure no one else was in there. Rose said "This reminds of when you and Xander were dating, when we would sneak off into the bathroom and  make out." "Yeah I remember, let's do it quick and remember you are staying over tonight." We made out for a little while and then cleaned up. We walked out and back to our table. Right when we sat down our waiter came to take our order. I realized who it was right before he said" May I take your order? Wait hey Xander, wait you're still with Serene?" I looked at Xander and he said" Hey Tommy, me and serene just took a break a couple months ago but got back together. And I would prefer if we could have our dinner without being judged by you." "Sure what would you like?" "I would like a meat lovers fettuccine and coke please." I said "I would like a browned butter fettuccine and cherry coke please." Then rose said "same" and Tyler said " pesto macaroni with root beer please."  Then Tommy left and Tyler said "why did he call you Xander, your name is Rowan?" Xander looked at me then I said" Well his name is Alexander Rowan but we call him Xander but sometimes I call him Rowan as a joke and my aunt thought that that's what his name was. " "Oh well That's cool." Tyler said. Funny thing was none of it I was a lie that was his actual name. Which I hadn't  thought about when I asked him to pretend to be Rowan.
Tyler's POV:
   When we got to the restaurant, the stewardess said that we would have to wait about 5 minutes for our table. Then Serene and Rose had to use the ladies room they said. So me and Rowan talked while they were gone. I asked him "what's thing with Rose, I know you are friends but does she third wheel or do you this all the time?" He responded a few minutes after I asked by saying "it's complicated" Then the girls came out of the bathroom and Serene kissed Rowan. Then we all walked to the table and sat down. Our waiter came to take our order. he said" May I take your order? Wait hey Xander, wait you're still with Serene?" Wait why did this waiter call Rowan Xander this is getting weird. Then Rowan, at least thats what I think his name is even though the waiter called him Xander, said to the waiter that he and Serene took a break a couple months ago and got back together. He also said that he would prefer if we could have without being judged by you. Then we all ordered. I ordered a pesto macaroni and root beer. After the waiter had left us, I asked Rowan why the waiter called him Xander. Xander looked at Serene which gave me an idea that they were lying to me. Whenever I lie, which isn't a lot because I am a kind of good kid but I am still a teenage boy, and my story gets checked if I am lying with someone else I look at them for help. Then Serene explained how his name is Alexander Rowan but they call him Xander and Sometimes they call him Rowan as a joke and Her aunt thought his name was. She said that she didn't want to have to explain that whole thing to all of us so they went with it. I responded with "Oh well that's cool." Because how am I supposed to respond to something like that. Then we talked about school and ate our food. after we had all finished, we paid the check and then left the restaurant, we went to a little ice cream shop down the road. I walked with Rose and learned about her and how she lives with Aunt and Uncle as her parents got jobs in Columbia when we started Middle school and since her aunt and Uncle live really close and have kids around her age she didn't go with them. The Ice cream parlor was fun. We grabbed a booth and talked while we waited for our orders to be called. Xander began talking about him and serene's first date and how they went to the restaurant we were just at and then came over here for a scoop of rocky road for him and a scoop of cookie dough for her. When our orders came, I realized that they had gotten the same things right now that they had gotten on their first date. They were so perfect. If they were so perfect though, I thought why did they breakup in the first place because I remember the Waiter saying that they broke up. Then Xander drove us home, Serene kissed him goodbye. Then the girls ran up stairs. I wanted a kiss from Rose, but I guess that would come after more dates. I think even though this was a blind date would we still make an amazing couple.  I was about to run upstairs when my mom stopped me to talk about the date. Why didn't she stop Serene or Rose? I mean I get Rose she is a friend of Serene's that my mom doesn't know so well. I get that I am her son so I should tell her, but Serene lives here too and if she treats her like family she should act like family. I told my mom that dinner was great. Of course she asked what I had. She is always so interested in the details. I told and then about the ice cream place.  She finally let me go after about ten minutes, I was counting. When I finally got upstairs I went and saw that Serene's door was open a little . Maybe they would want some company. So, I walked in. Mistake, Tyler. When I walked in, I saw that Rose and Serene were laying on Serene's bed making out with only their bras and underwear on. And now I am going to be considered the perv for coming in even though they left the door open and they were making out. At least they won't call my mom up because if they did she would find out what they were doing and they would be bad for the both of us. When they saw me the opened their mouths but I put a finger to my mouth as to shh them. Now it all made sense. Why the date happened, why Serene and Xander were so perfect was because she didn't have feelings for him, and why Rose wasn't really interested in me. After I shhed them, Serene and Rose put on shirts and leggings. Then Serene took me into my room and said"I know what you saw in there and would say its not what it looks like but honestly it is.  So I will tell you the whole story not lying anymore. So as you already know, Rose, Xander, and I were all friends. Then me and Xander began dating. Rose and I realized we had feelings for each other while I was seeing Xander so sometimes she would third wheel and we would sneak of to the bathroom like we did tonight and makeout or other times we would have sleepovers without Xander and makeout. Then we began doing it so much that I hated the lying that I was doing to my dad and Xander so I came out told Xander the truth that I didn't feel the same about him that felt about me and I would always want to be friends but I would understand if couldn't be my friend after knowing that I had feelings for Rose. Then I came out and told my dad a couple months. He had since then put restrictions on me Rose's sleepovers but still let us go on dates and hangout all the time. That day when I was on the phone and you were walking down the stairs, I was on the phone with Rose and My aunt knew that but she was protecting me because of how your mom feels about homosexual people after I said RO she said Rowan even though it was Rose. Then I got Xander who is my Ex to go on this date, so I didn't have to cancel on Rose. " Again I said "Oh" Then she left with the Shh on her lips like I had earlier. I guessed she meant not to tell my mom what had happened over the last couple minutes.
