When I opened my eyes I didn't know where I was. The last thing I remember was running from those socs and falling. I realize it must be a hospital, but wonder how I got here. Then I see Dally sitting in a chair beside my bed. I don't know why he's here, I mean he mad it perfectly clear he wanted nothing to do with me. "what are you doing here Dally?" I asked confused. "I saw you runnin' from the a couple of socs and trip and fall. I figured I couldn't just leave ya there, Two bit would of killed me if he found out I just left you there, so I brought you the hospital." "oh, thanks." "Two bit will be here soon so I guess Ill just leave." he said as he stood up. "why'd you stay anyways?" I asked him. "figured I wait till you woke up to tell you where you were and how you got there." I just nodded and watched him leave. I should've known he didn't really care.

Dally's POV 

Its not that I really hate Christy. I act like that around everyone. When I saw the socs pull up beside her and then I saw her trip. So I ran over to where she was and the socs just left. I knew I couldn't just leave her there. But it had nothing to do with me being scared of what Two bit would do to me. I just said that to get her to leave me alone about it. Truth is I didn't really know how I felt about Christy. But its obvious she likes me. The first day she even saw me she couldn't stop staring. It wasn't like she wasn't trying to hide the fact that she was, she just wasn't doing a good job of it. That's why I keep ignoring her. Most of the time I hit on every girl I see, but I only sleep with them. And for some reason I just cant break her heart like that. Im trying to make her hate me, but I don't think its gonna be that easy.

Normal POV 

Two bit showed up about 15 minutes after Dally left. And I was glad there's no way I was spending any more time in that place. I hate hospitals. Have since I was little and it obviously hasn't changed since then. "hey Dally called me and told me what happened. You alright?" Two bit asked. "yep Im fine can I leave now? Im getting really tired of this place." I said egger to leave. "yea the doc said your free to go whenever. Apparently you hit your head on a rock when you fell and got a minor concussion(sp?)" "oh well lets go now." I said and walked out the door Two bit fallowing behind me. I told Two bit to just drop me off and he could go back to the Curtis house if he wanted to. He said okay and dropped me off. When I got in my room I decided to take a nap, but I just couldn't close my eyes. I keep thinking about what Dally had said this morning and in the hospital. I knew I should just let it go but for some reason I couldn't. I just couldn't stop thinking about Dallas Winston.
