Physical, mental, emotional
disease
There are too many to flee
But I do my best to avoid them all
Knowing that one will be my downfall
There are ways to treat and cure a few
Through methods that are tried and true
Some will always get me in the end
And there's to do to defend
But others I have to constantly fight
Through many encounters and with all my might
So I take a breath, prepare for the pinch,
And remind myself this is to gain resistance
