Percy and Annabeth went to the same school. Percy was waiting for Annabeth by his car. She went inside 10 minutes ago to get a book she forgot in her locker. What was taking her so long? Soon she came running out with the book in her hands. She walked past Percy rather quickly,
"Come on Percy, let's go." He grabbed her waist and turned her around so she was facing him. It was clearly visible that she had been crying.
"Annabeth what's wrong?" At that moment 3 of the mean popular girls walked out of the school.
"Did you see her face," one of them yelled laughing,"Yeah, I know it was the funniest thing ever," said one of the others. Percy looked at Annabeth as she turned to look away from him and a tear rolled down her cheek.
"Annabeth why didn't you tell me?" She looked at him,
"I didn't want you to think I was-" she did get to finish her sentence because Percy kissed her.
"Your amazing, beautiful, smart and brave Annabeth, and I love you no matter what."
