You and Me

Chapter 4

Trinity's POV

I waved goodbye and walked inside my house.
"Hello?" I shouted
"Hi, I'm up here." My mum shouted back from upstairs.
Once I put my coat away and took my shoes off, I went upstairs and into my mums room.

"Hi honey, how was your day?" She said looking up from her laptop.

"It was great, I had so much fun and we took loads of photos, do you want to see?" I asked

"Yes I would love to see them." She said sitting up in her bed.

I walked over to her and sat next to her on the bed and pulled out my camera from my rucksack. I flicked through the photos with her as I haven't seen them either.

"These are really nice photos well done." She said

"Thank you," I said
We then came upon a selfie of Seth and I, we looked really happy and were smiling from ear to ear.
"Aww you two are so cute together, what's his name again?"
"Seth,"
"So this was a date?" She asked
"Yeah I didn't know until the end but it still is useful for our art project." I said to remind her there was an actual reason to skip school for the day other than going on a date with Seth.

We scrolled through to the next photo and it made my heart skip a beat and gave me butterflies in my stomach. It was a selfie of Seth and I, however he wasn't looking at the camera, he was looking at me but the look in his eyes seemed to be filled with love or happiness. I don't really know how to explain it but at the time I didn't even notice he was looking at me.

"Awww oh my god! He loves you Trinity, look at the way his looking at you." Shrieked my mum.
I was stuck of words to say other than smiling widely.
"Did you guys kiss?" She asked
"Um.." I then was reminded of Seth and I's awkward attempt at trying to kiss each other on the Ferris wheel. Aw man we were so close but clearly it wasn't meant to be, too early perhaps, I don't know.
"No but close," I then explained to my mum about how we nearly kissed on the Ferris wheel and all.

"Aww that's so annoying, didn't you kiss later on?" She asked
"No we didn't, but I'm fine with it." I said
"Well I'm sure you will have plenty more opportunity's."
"Ahaha yeah probably, who knows."

Next morning

I was finishing up eating my porridge and my mum came down stairs,
"Morning" she said with a smile. She was wearing her cream coloured dressing gown and her brown hair was all messed up like a birds nest.

"Morning" I said then took the last spoonful of porridge.
Mum started to make herself coffee. My phone went off, it was a text from Seth.

Seth: I'm on my way x

Last night Seth and I were texting each other and he offered to take me to school in the morning, to which I told him he didn't have to and I could just take the bus. He insisted he did so I gave in and now I am waiting for him to pick me up.

I cleaned away my things from breakfast and got a my bag ready, then by the time I wash finished I heard a knock at the door, it must be Seth.
Before I answered it I kissed my mum goodbye,
"Bye have a good day." She said
"And you," I

"You ready?" he asked

"Yeah let me get my bag." i grabbed my bag from the porch, then we walked out the house and said goodbye to my mum. We walked to his motorbike.

"So you know what your going to wear tonight?" asked Seth handing me a helmet,

"Clothes," i said putting on my helmet.

"Obviously but what kind of clothes?" Seth asked putting his helmet on and getting onto the bike.

"Party clothes," i smirked getting on the bike and wrapping my arms around his waist.
