Olivia's POV
He stares down at me with those beautiful eyes, holding an emotion which I can't quite place.
I light smile plays on his lips as he leans closer, inches away.
His soft lips brush mine."I love you" he whispers.
"I love you too" I smile.
With that his lips crash on to mine and the kiss quickly becomes heated.
My hands go to his hair and tangle themselves in it before he pulls away suddenly and smiles."Time to wake up" he coo's.
"What?" I ask.
"Oli, wake up" he says louder.
"What do you mean?"
"Oli!" he yells.
My eyes open abruptly and I see Riley standing over me.
She chuckles lightly before crossing her arms."Where am I?" I ask.
"I'll tell ya where you should be, lunch! Come on let's go!" she grabs my arm pulling me out of my seat and in to the busy hallway. I look around for Jack but see no sight of him, did he see me sleep? Did I snore? Did I drool?!
Riley drags me to the cafeteria talking all about how James asked her out and blah blah blah. I congratulate her with a wide smile. I'm honestly happy for them.We enter the cafeteria and sit at our normal seat, James greets me with a smile and a hello and he then turns to give Riley a quick peck. Gross.
I sit and play with my food until I notice the chair next to me pull up with a scraping noise. I look to my right and see the brown eyed shaggy haired neighbor there with a tray of food."Hey princes" he smiles.
"Er hey? Since when do you sit here?"He gives me a sheepish smile.
"Well, I broke a very important promise to you and I thought I should make up for it. So here I am"
I can't help but smile, this is the Jack I remember, how he was always so sweet and caring.
"Well, okay then. These are my friends Riley and James" I introduce him and he smiles at them. Riley returns the gesture but James hesitates before giving him a head nod. Good enough.
Jack's POV
I watch as the three chat and eat. They're so different to my friends. They actually speak about music and movies, while all we talk about are sports, girls and party's.
"So Ol's," James began. "We still going to the beach this Saturday?" he asks while he intertwines his fingers with Riley's. They're a thing? Huh.
Wait wait, Ol's? Ol, Ol, Ol....Olivia! That was her name! Damn I'm a horrible best friend.
Ya got that right.
Brain, shut it.
Whatever...
"Jack?" I'm snapped out of my thoughts by Olivia's voice.
"Huh? What?" I feel my face turn red as she chuckles. Boy that's cute.
"I said, do you want to come to the beach with us?" she smiled.
I looked over at her friends for approval, both were smiling sincerely.
"Sure I'll come. What time?"
"I'll drop by your house saturday around two, then we can drive together. Sound good?" she questioned.
"Of course love" I smile.
She blushes at the nickname and resumes her conversation with James.
I'm glad he's with Riley, otherwise I'd be jealous. Wait, what?! Why the heck would I be jealous?!Because you like her dimwit...
I roll my eyes at my own thought.
How could I like a girl I barely talk to?
