Who cry themselves to sleep at night,

Who skip meal after meal,
Who bend over a toilet after they eat,
Who eat so they don't have to feel.

This is for those that self harm,
Who cut their wrist to feel pain,
Who punch walls to relieve anger,
Who love to cry with the rain.

This is for those who have a war inside their head,
Who have voices making them want to cry,
Who can barely get out of bed,
Who no longer want to try.

This is for those about to give up,
Who are about to kick the chair,
Who are going to swallow the bottle of pills,
Who know firsthand that life is unfair.

You are beautiful,
Forget what the voices say,
You are strong,
And you can make it through another day.

You are the perfect weight,
Don't let anyone tell you otherwise.
You don't deserve the scars,
Forget the broken promises and the lies.

You are not alone,
Don't let your past define you.
You are loved,
