A/N
Hey guys sorry I haven't updated in for ever buy I've finished school now so I hope to get a few chapters done over the next couple weeks but I'm moving at the moment so I'm busy.
Anywho lets get on with the story
Briars p.o.v
As my door creaked open I heard Lexa flop down in my arm chair by the window and Dylan sit on the end of my bed. I knew that this next part was going to be a mixture of weird sad and confusing. God as if I didn't already have a sh*tty life.
"Briar......... Briar what going on where were you??? You really scared us" Dylan usually didn't express much concern for people he's a very cold person but when it came to me and Lexa he was always ready to comfort us his like the big brother I never had.
" sorry I didn't mean to worry anyone it just ..... I- I needed to escape and th--then it happened" I mumbled under my sheets.
"You gonna tell him or should I??" Lexa asked she knew I would tell him adventually but Lexa was a get to the point kinda girl so she would do it for me if she had to. I sat up taking the covers off my head and stared him in the eye so he would know that I was serious.
"I'm a werewolf" i spat out I felt a wave of tears coming saying it out loud made it real and I just couldn't deal with that.
"Ha funny one, now tell me what's really happening"
I gave him a 'I'm not fucking joking it for real I know right what the fudge cake look' he glanced at me then at Lexa who had the same expression on her face. He ran his fingers through his hair before face planting into my bed.
"WHAT THE ACTUAL F*CK" he shouted into the mattress which muffled his distressed tone . Thank god he did, Dylan could really shout when he wanted to and he would have woken Elizabeth up as well as the whole street.
"Ya I know pretty strange right I can turn into a wolf and shit yay as if I wasn't already fucked up enough" I said to Dylan understanding his out burst.
"Well since we're on the truth tell subject I have something pretty important to share myself" Lexa said staring at the ground while twiddling her thumbs she cleared her throat then continued
" I am a witch/root worker at least that what grandma lily calls it so briar your not the only one" she said with a smile
I sighed then turned to Dylan "please tell me your not a vampire or some sort of mystery creature"
"So far, no I'm all human... I think, god this is to much my two best friends are mythical creatures I don't know weather this is totally awesome or really not awesome" he said taking his time with the last part.
"DYLAN!!!!!!!!" Screamed Elizabeth as she ran into my room and launched herself on Dylan causing him to fall flat on the bed.
"Hey shorty" he chuckled
"why are you out of bed its late shouldn't you be asleep?" He was right it was almost five Thank god today was Friday
"I heard voices coming from briars room, anyway I'm going to go get breakfast cya later Dylan bye Lexa" she said and with that she ran out the room I heard the little footsteps running down the stairs . I swear little kids are never tried like NEVER!!
Dylan and Lexa both went after that they said they would be back after school to check up on me.
Just as I slummed back down into bed I saw the shadow of my dad standing at the door.
"Briar we need to talk" I cut him off
"Nope we don't " I said popping the p and with that I walked straight past him into the bathroom and locked the door I stared at my self for a minute then ran my fingers through my hair trying to work out my next move on the one side I could stay here and have my dad give me the whole back story to my strange new life or I could go to school and pretends there's nothing wrong with me but get tortured by Brooke and her minions.
Anywhere is better than here I can't deal with him right now so with that I got in the shower jumped out got changed for school and left without another word. Let the day of wonderful torture begin. Oh how I love my life.
Hey sorry I haven't updated in for ever I haven't had any wifi but I'm at my dads so I finally have it not a very long chapter but ya know it better than nothing also this chapter is not edited so chill if there's any mistake I just want to get that chapter up while I can.
