I didn't think I would be this nervous walking into Arkham. I've always a tough woan, but something about this place just scared me. I parked my car off the road because the parking lot was full, and I had to walk the crazy tall hill Arkham Asylum was located on. I had my briefcase full of books and notes I had taken when I shadowed another doctor, who then soon after was killed.

Most people would think I'm crazy for wanting to work here, and I get it. But something about criminals has always pulled me in. I don't know if it's their plans or their motives, but I get all exicted. I checked in with the front desk.

"Ah, you must be Dr. Sandy. Nice to meet you, I'm Clark. Your new office is in the Psych ward, next to the break room." The gaurd at the front deak told me.

"Thank you!" I told him. The psych ward wasn' to far away, it was just a lot of turns. I finaly made it to my office,a nd I was suprised to see that it was fully furnished. I had a big old leather chair, and across from it was a metal table, with feet and hand straps. I knew I wasn't just deailng with the normal criminals, I was dealing with the so called 'big guys'. I was deaing with the supervillaisn of Gotham. I set down my stuff, and pulled out all of my psychology books and put them on the book shelf in alphabetical order. I also pulled out a small side table from the back of the room and put it next to my chair. I also pulled out my stun gun, and hid it under my chair. The room didn't have the best lighting, but I guess it as ok for the time being.

For the last hour, all I really did was clean up the office, fix the tv set and re-arrange some of the extra stuff.

"Dr. Sandy? Urm...Hello. I'm Mike, and I'm a gaurd here. I was just informed that your next appointment is in 10 minutes. My boss also told me to tell you to go down to the storage room and pick up the medication you requested." A gaurd said as he popped his head in the door frame.

"Sure. It may take me a bit, I hven't been here to many times."

"That's fine, Doctor. While your gone we'll have the patient come in." He told me before he left. I knew where the storage room was, but it was in the way back of the asylum. I stood up and left the room. I took so many turns I thought I would just end up where I started. As I kept walking down the dark hallways, I could help but wonder who my first patient would be.

"I don't think they would give me Joker...Not yet, anyway. Maybe Scarecrow? Nah, I think he works with Dr. Mavis." I kept mumbling to myself until i reached the storage room. I unloced all 3 locks with my master key, and took a step inside. First thing, it was pretty cold. And second of all, it was so cluttered you have to take side steps to get through the asile. I scrambled throughout the room until I found a shelf labeled "Dr. Sandy", and sure enough, it was all the medications I had requested. I took the first four bottles, and then promised myslef I would come to get the rest after the appointment.

I re-treaced my steps back to my room, but right before I could unlock the door, Mike stopped me.

"Dr. Sandy, I really sorry about this, but we had to make an adjustment. We were going to have you see Mr. Nygma, but we found out the prisoner inside had been sliiping out of these sessions for months after he attacked his former doctor. We strapped him down the best we could, but please be careful. He can get a bit...Angry. Very quickly. Be safe, please." I was a bit confused. I kinda zoned out durning the middle part of his speech. He left the hallway. I continued to unlock the door, until it swung open. And then I saw who Mike was talking about. My first patient.
