Scene 1
Delancy's P.O.V
"How do you feel knowing that graduation is in two months?" Asked Claire, my schoolmate. We are sitting in Literature class. Everyone was chatting, due to, Miss. Blabber been absent. Yes! Miss Blabber. Stupid name, right?
"I am so excited, finally I'm leaving Collage. I hope I had passed my exams!" I cried
"You're a nerd! Honey, of course you will pass." Claire said casually.
I glare at her.
"Sorry sorry, just saying" She said, shrugging.
My boyfriend, Max, walked in.
"Move" he said to Claire, glaring at her.
If glares could kill.
Claire, looked at me and got up, Max lazily sat down. He looked at me and leaned in to kiss my neck. I moaned lowly, so that no one could hear.
"Hey babe." He said.
Max is the school's bad boy. He could kill anyone with just one glare. (Note the sarcasm).
"You know you don't have to treat my friend, Claire like that. You could just say excuse me. You know she's kind enough to get up." I said.
"It's kool" Max replied, lazily.
"Its kool? That's all you have to say Max?!" I half shouted. By now, I am glaring at him.
"Delancy, your glare has no effect on me". Max said looking at me with pure boredom shown in his cruel eyes.
He got up and walked out of the room. I stayed in my seat, holding my fist tightly, my knuckles started to hurt.
"Delancy....Delancy...Delancy!!!!" Claire, sitting beside me called.
"WHAT!!!" I screamed.
By now half the class is looking at me.
"Mind your own business" I said to them.
They quickly looked away.
"Delancy, what's wrong?" Claire asked.
"Nothing. Just....nothing" I muttered.
"Delancy, talk to me. Is it Max?"
"You love my name, huh?"
"What?" She said looking confused.
"Do you love my name?"
"Why are you asking me that?"
"Because all you say is Delancy, Delancy, Delancy" I screamed, "it's fucking annoying Claire".
Claire was now standing over my desk, In raging anger.
"OH YEA!! I SIMPLY ASK YOU WHATS WRONG DELANCY. JUST TO SHOW THAT A FRIEND CARES, AND ALL YOU DO IS FUCKING BARK!!!" CLAIRE shouted.
The class had gathered around us. Its the first I've seen Claire this angry. She stomped out of the classroom. I ran after her.
"Claire! Claire! Stop!"
She stops, folds her arms and said,
"What?!"
"Look, i'm sorry. Max and i had a little fight. He's such a bully to you and i let him know that you're my friend and bla bla. But i'm sorry. "
"I'm sorry, I just really care for you, Delancy ".
"Damn you love my name." I said.
We laughed and back to class, holding hands.
I swear I think we're best friends.
