On a stick, in the air,
in a box or in your hair.
Cotton candy is soft and light
bringing sweet flavor a of joy and delight.
A zingy feeling comes over me;
I just can't wait to eat it, you see!
Fill me with bursting flavors
that melt in my melt before properly savored.
No, I can't wait to eat it,
though I know it will soon be gone.
However much there is of it,
I could eat cotton candy all day long.
Sweet, spun sugar just tastes so goo!
Everybody enjoys it,
or at least they should.
