It was almost closing time at Starbucks and we had three people left in line. One of them was a teacher, which was odd because we are close to the frat houses. The other two were girls who obviously weren't going to the frat houses. I served the teacher and then one of the girls. The last person I served was unforgettable.
Me;" Hello, what can I get you?"
Olivia:" Um, I'll take a grande pumpkin spice latte and a tall hot chocolate."
Me:" So, you're one of the basic girls."
I laugh.
She smiles.
Olivia:" Yea, I guess so. I've always liked it."
Me:" Okay, cool. I'm guessing you're paying with the app?"
Olivia:" Yeah, I've got to use my gold card."
She laughs.
I smirk. This girl is pretty cool.
Me:" Okay."
I scan her phone.
Me:" Your drink will be up in a minute, have a nice night."
Olivia:" You too."
She takes her drink and leaves.
I never quite caught her name but I have a feeling that she'll be back.
