I get back to my room 30 minutes later because I was slacking. My roommate is playing black ops with his girlfriend. After another 10 minutes they finally realize that I'm there.
Mason:" Hey bro! You know Sophia right?"
Me:" Yea, hi."
Sophia:" Hey."
Me:" I'm Liam by the way."
Sophia:" So, where have you been?"
Me:" I just got off my shift at Starbucks."
Sophia:" That's cool."
Mason:" Soph, you should get going, it's getting late."
Sophia:" Yea, I guess so, bye guys."
She kisses Mason on the cheek and leaves.
Me:" Why'd you kick Sophia out so fast?"
Mason:" I guess I just thought it would be awkward for you since you're single."
Me:" Whatever, man. Treat your girlfriend like she's nothing. It doesn't impact me."
I grab clothes and go to take a shower.
