I get to the hospital, and find my dad and Ashely.
Me:" Dad?"
Dad:" Liam! Your mom is still in the same room that she has been the whole time."
Me:" Why is she here? Did she have a stroke or something?"
Dad:" Liam.. we got into a car accident."
I suddenly see all of the scratches on his face.
He even has stitch bandages on his forehead.
Me:" Dad! I drove three and a half hours to get here, and you didn't even think to tell me that you were in a car accident?"
Dad:" Liam, I'm sorry th-"
Me:" You're not sorry and I'm not sorry that you got in a car crash. It should be you in there instead of mom!"
Some of the nurses look at me but I don't care.
I leave before my dad can say another word.
I leave Ashely there crying.
I leave my mom there while she could be dead.
I feel like a horrible person.
But he deserved it.
