Milo's P.O.V.
I remember when me and Lucy were human.
We would dance under the stars and my hand would be in her waist. Then, we'd chase around the garden, and those days were great.
But I think me and Lucille need to leave their bodies.
As I walked around the house, I see her, in her Victorian dress. She had the long sleeves and a pair of sneakers.
I approach her, while she stared at the scene.
"Lucy."
"Hey, Milo."
"We need to talk."
Lucy's P.O.V.
What kind of talk was it? Good or Bad?
"Sure," I gulped "what is it?"
"I think we have to leave the bodies."
I was chickened. Why?
"Um...excuse me?"
"They deserve a life too. I mean, look at us."
I understand him. But how will we do the things that we wanted to do.
"But how about the moments we have?"
"We can do those without these. Don't worry. "
He convinced me to leave.
"Okay."
As we went upstairs, we went out already.
As we got out of their vessels, I knew we can do it.
"Lucy?"
There was Milo Jacobs, my loyal fiancé.
"Hello, Milo."
I hugged him and realized he had a heartbeat. A heartbeat means one is alive.
"Are we-"
"Alive..."
We've been alive these years and we don't age. I grab him by his French Toast vest and kiss him, his lips being warm.
Milo's P.O.V.
We walked along the house, finally alive.
"If we grew, what would be your age, right now?"
"60 years old. You?" As he placed his arm on my shoulder.
"70 years, Mi." I grab his hand.
"What about Pines?"
"Dunno. To hell with him."
