Chapter 7

Zoe Pov
It was the day after the party and Evan wasn't in the best of moods he kept asking me questions on Alfie. I could tell he wasn't a big fan of Alfie. I was trying to keep Alfie in the past but part of me felt like I should just meet up with because I have some things to say.

I didn't have Alfie's number though I deleted it when we broke up so how do I know know where to meet him.

I decided to text Louise to se if she has it. She did br was concerned on why I needed it I told her I would tell her later. It hen text Alfie to meet me in the grove cafe.

Evan I'm going out of a while. I say. Where are you going. Evan asks suspicious. Just into town I need to get a few things. I say smiling acting like I was telling the truth. Ok. Evan says quickly. Are you ok Evan. I ask he seemed a bit off. I'm fine it's just Alfie I don't like him. Evan says. Just forget about him. I say. Evan groans and walks upstairs.

I leave to go meet Alfie and I was very nervous.

Alfie pov
I was in the middle of editing a video and I got a text from Zoe saying to meet me in The grove cafe. I go to get ready. I tried to look my best for Zoe.

When I was ready I left for the cafe. I was nervous I wanted to get Zoe back because that Evan guy isn't the right guy for her I am.

When I get to Cafe I see Zoe sitting at a table I walk up to her and take a seat. Hey. I say. Hi. Zoe said. Zoe I just want to say 8 years ago I never cheated on you ok I loved you so much you were my world I never cheated on you. I say. Alfie I'm married I have two kids. Zoe says. I know Zoe but I want you to know the truth I never cheated on you that girl kissed me. I say. Zoe looks away. When we broke up I felt like my world fell apart. I say. Have you dated anyone since. Zoe asks. One girl 7 years ago but we broke up after a few months she wasn't you. I say. Alfie. Zoe says.

I lost you I wish that night I never talked to that fan if I didn't you and I would still be together today I would have moved to America for you. I say. Alfie im sorry just leave me alone and don't talk to me our love is the past I'm with Evan now. Zoe says walking away. I just sit there and the waiter comes up to me would I like anything. No thanks.
I say walking away.
