Its finally Saturday ! I haven't talk to Brandon since he kissed me on Tuesday.
I have a work shift today. I haven't talked to Luke either. It just creeps me out
that he got in my house by using a window! What did he mean by it wouldn't be the last time we saw each other.
I'm at my job at the coffee shop. I hate it here. It's too much gossip, all you hear all day long is , Jennifer did this , Jane gets paid more , blah blah blah.
Suddenly a costumer catches my attention. Luke.
"Harper could you go attend that table please thank you." The manager tells me.
NOOOO. UGHHHHH.
"Hi , my name is Harper I will be attending you today." I give the most fake smile I can.
"I knew that and I know that too. Now I need you to tell me something. WHERE IS BRANDON. " He stares at me .
" I dont know. What do you want with him anyways?"
"Im looking for him. I haven't seen him since Tuesday and I need to talk to him urgent."
"Whats so urgent?"
"Thats for me to keep and for you to find out."
"Ughhhh. Stop it with your games ! I want to know what you want with him !" I yell as I sit in the booth with him.
"If I tell you I would need to tell you everything. Thats not happening. You know what forget it. Im going to find him myself."
He stands up and get out the coffee shop. I follow right behind him.
"Im going with you!" I yell.
I get 1 foot away from him when he turns around."its not safe."
"I don't care."
"No . You're not going!"
"Can I trust you?" We make eye contact. Staring at each other for minutes without blinking. Suddenly he chuckles.
"Get in the car." He says.
