Joe lies on the bed he is sharing with Andy, thinking about all of the negative things that have happened in his life. Why? Because the negative things outnumber the positive thing. Currently, the only positive things Joe can think are about are his bazaar friends and Andy.
                              Andy.
Joe turns his head to the left to see Andy sleeping peacefully. Joe feels at peace for a brief moment before his mind goes back to negative thoughts.
The best therapy for Joe in these moments are walks in the crisp, cold night air. He looks at Andy for a quick moment, placing a delicate kiss on his forehead before standing off the bed.
Joe slips into his black skinny jeans and his My Chemical Romance hoodie. He pulls his shoes onto his feet and looks for a piece of paper and pen to leave a note for Andy in case he wake up while he's gone.
He finds a piece of paper complimented with a pen in Andy's top drawer. He leans on his desk, and writes the letter for his lover.
                              Hey baby,
Umm, just in case you wake up and I'm not here, don't panic. I've just gone for a walk to get my mind off things. I shouldn't be long. Give me a call if you read this and I'll be home as soon as I can, okay? I love you so much, baby boy. I'll be home soon.
                              Love always,
Joe
Joe leaves the note on his pillow, and sneaks out the front door.
The cold air hits his chest, sending a small shiver down his spine. He walks over to the table on the front porch, grabbing his packet of cigarettes and his lighter. He pulls out a cigarette with one hand and pulls it up to his mouth. He puts the packet in his pocket, and walks down the front steps. Once out the gate, he lights his stick of cancer, inhaling a large breath of the toxins.
Joe sticks a hand into his pocket as he holds his smoke in his other hand. He takes in a slow, deep breath of the cold Autumn air as he throws his head back to look at the dark night sky, completed with small stars.
Joe doesn't know why he feels this way. Why he feels so broken at night. Some nights it gets so bad.
Andy, of course, can relate to Joe in this aspect. Being a victim of depression, lack of sleep and negative thoughts are a big part in Andy's life. Although, ever since he's met Joe, he's been getting better. Feeling happier.
Joe goes through the Forrest, finding a nice, open paddock. Right in the middle, a nice, big cork tree sits. Joe walks over, throwing his finished death stick on the ground, putting it out with his foot. He sits at the stump of the tree, leaning his head back also. He looks up at an angle so he can sit back and look at the stars from under the cork tree.
