Inexplicable Attraction: 18

"i had fun tonight." i said to christian.

he looked at me through his glasses, hapyness clearly there. i leaned forward and kissed him on the cheek.

"g- good n-night." he said practically hyperventilating from joy.

i smiled and walked into my dorm building, and straight to my room.

i entered to find all of my friends standing in the middle of my room, swealing.

"how was it"

"was it fun"

"did he kiss you"

i smiled and looked at them.

"im kind of tired. can we talk about it tomorow." they all looked at me with sad expressions but nodded and said their good bye's anyways.

"tomorow" lily says before walking out.

i nod and get into bed, trying not to feel dusgusted with myself.

"tell us" Jenny says smiling.

i shake my head, "you guys came to bother me during my break just to find out." i sighed

"fine, we went to a carnival that was out." i say the looks on jenny and lilly's faces, thinking that was a bad idea. "i loved it, it was one of the best dates ive ever been on" i said trying not to notice how jenny and lilly were both staring at James who was working on our order.

"but over all. i enjoyed it, and he was a perfet gentlemen." i said

thats when a tray is placed on our table, with some force.

i look up at james who is standing there with a weird expression, but he quickly recomposes himself.

"hello ladies" he sayd looking at lilly and jenny.

i want to puke when i notice lily leaning forward showing off her cleevage, and jenny who is batting her lashed like theres no tomorow.

i look over at emily and anna smiling. they give me weird looks.

james lookes at me, and i can feel his eyes on me.

"i hope your date went well." he said looking down at me.

i look up, but not at him. "it was perfect" i say with a sigh. trying to forget about how much i like this guy, and how much its hurting me to leave him.

"great" he sayd, venom dripping from his voice.

he begins to walk away but jenny speaks up. "wait"

she said standing up. lily soon follows after.

i stay in my seat trying to ignore what their saying, but their so close that every word spoken is crystal clear.

"would you like to go our tonight?" jenny sayd.

"ummm"

"wait no, go out with me. i promise you more fun." lily says,

"well"

"come one, please!" jenny says again.

he grumbles something then sighs, defeated. "fine" he says.

i began drinking my iced coffee and trying my hardest to ignore them.

lily and jenny soon rejoin our table, huge smiles on their faces.

i look at emily and Anna.

Anna looks kind of sad, she's looked sad this whole time.

"anna. can i talk to you?" i ask.

she looks at me and nods.

i walk to the counter knowing she's following me. 

we reach the counter and i skile at christian  

"hey" i say smiling at him, over his shoulder i can see james scowling. 

"h-hi" he said blushing. then he looks past me and at anna. "hi anna" he says turning a deeper shade of red. 

i look at anna who is also blushing "hi chris."  

nicknames how. 

"give me the chocolate cupcake, want something?" i say looking over at anna. she shakes with her head down, as if her shoes are the most interesting thing ever.

"ok" i say smiling, thinking, plotting.

when christian goes to get the cake.

"isnt christian cute?" i said looking at anna to see her expression. 

she looks up at me and smiles shyly. 

"do you like him?" i ask her. 

her eyes widen with that question. 

i chuckle. "you should of said something anna bannana." i say hugging her. 

"he likes you, not me. i just want to see him happy." she said burrying her head on my chest. 

i sigh. "ill fix this. you should of told me though, i would of never asked him out if i would of known." i said playing with a lock of her hair. 

"you've sacrificed enough for your friends, you love james but your ignoring your feelings so that your friends can have a chance." she mumbles into my chest, then she looks up at me with the biggest puppy dog eyes ever. 

i smile. "yes, you guys are more impotant than any guy, thats why im going to get you with-" 

"here you go" christian says to me. 

i release anna and turn to him and smile, "christian. we should hang out. today. after work." i say smiling. 

he blushes and nodds. 

i get my cake and grab onto anna's hand pulling her away. "dont worry. ill fix this" i say smiling

so for christmas i recieved a blackberry playbook, its awesome. haha and im using it already :). 

(thats how i wrote this. haha yay.
