"This should have been me not you" I whispered as I looked at Y/N led in a hospital bed. "This is my fault, if I hadn't text you on the motorway you never would have been in this position" I wiped a tear from my eye.

"Please don't leave me, not now we have our whole future ahead of us, I need you" I held her hand. She has a cast on her leg and arm. "I love you so much, please wake up." I sobbed. The nurse wanted us to leave whilst she dealt with Y/N.

"This is all my fault" I cried looking at my bandmates who shook their heads. "It was, I shouldn't have text her" I sighed.

"It was her fault too, she opened it" Michael smiled slightly.

"But if I hadn't of messaged her she wouldn't have anything to open!" I argued. They went silent not knowing what to say.

"You can go see her now" A nurse smiled. I walked in and she was still unconscious and my heart clenched.

"Baby you have to wake up please, I need you remember our plans, we were going to grow old together" I sobbed into my hands. I talked for awhile telling her how much I love her. After I finished her monitor make the long bleep.

"NURSE HELP PLEASE" I ran into the corridor and we got kicked out of the room as many nurses ran in. Awhile later they came out.

"I'm sorry Mr Hemmings but she's gone" After those words left her mouth I broke down even more. "You can go say your last goodbyes" she gave a sad smile.

"What-what happens to forever and always you p-promised me you'd never leave me" I sobbed holding her hand. "God I'm going to miss you, waking up to your beautiful face every morning" I rambled.

"C'mon it's time to go" Cal sighed patting my back.

"One minute" I smiled slightly and he nodded walking out. " I love you princess, I'll see you in a few years,thank you for all the memories" I smiled and leant down to kiss her cold cheek.

I walked over to the door and glanced over my shoulder to see her beautiful face one last time. Once I got home I sat on Twitter to let everyone know.

@Luke5SOS: So we lost a wonderful person today.. Y/N passed away this afternoon😭

@Luke5SOS: I'm going to miss her more than anything.. #RIPY/N.

That was trending everywhere with a lot of apology tweets etc etc.

"You okay?" I heard from the doorway. It almost sounded like Y/N. I turned around and there she stood.

"I-I thought you were dead?" I whispered cringing at those words.

"I am, I'm a ghost. I just needed you to know that I love you, I'll see you soon yeah?" She smiled and I nodded tears in my eyes.

"I love you too, I'll never forget you" I closed my eyes and when I opened them again she was gone..
