"Halt, who goes there?" a guard asks.

"Hello Mick," Jason says.

"Ah, hello Jason. Didn't know it was you." Mick says. "Well, well, well, who's your pretty girlfriend here?" Mick says looking at me weirdly.

"Ok Mick, firstly, she's not my girlfriend and secondly, this is Lily, she's princess Lydia's daughter."

"Princess Lydia has no kids."

"Yes she does. Have you ever heard the rumour of Princess Lydia having a child and only she knows who the farther is."

"Well yes, everyone has heard that rumour. Wait! Is it true?!"

"Yes now let us through Mick."

"Of course." Mick says opening the door of the tower.

"Thank you." I say as I walk past. As soon as I get through the door I feel a hand pull me back and push me into the wall. "What are you doing?"

"Just don't fig-it ok." Mick says as he gets closer to my face.

"Jason!" I mange to scream before Mick in pushing me into the wall by kissing me really hard. Its hurting my head and my back. I try to push him away but he's very strong and doesn't budge on bit.

"Get off her man." I hear Jason say. Then I feel Mick move away from me and I see that Jason pulled him back.

"Come on man, you said she wasn't your girlfriend so why can't I have here?" Mick says angrily.

"Because she doesn't want you and since she's the princess she has to marry and love a prince." Jason says. "See ya later Mick." Jason pulls me along inside the door and shuts it. "Sorry about him, he's always looking for love."

"It's okay now that you stopped him before he cracked my skull into pieces." I say.

"Lily."

"Yes?"

"Well, um, I, um."

"Jason just say it."

"I, um, I-" and before he said any more,  he kissed me. I have no idea how long we were there for but i kissed him back. Wow, he's a good kisser. He kept on kissing me even when we were running out of breath. I could feel myself going faint and then Jason pulled away. "Why did try to stop?"

"Sorry-I-need-air." I said betting pants trying to breath.

"Ok, I'll note not to kiss you for that long next time."

"Thanks." I say sarcastically.

I look pass Jason and all I can see is a very dark hallway.

"Don't worry," Jason says seeing me look at the hallway, "all you have to do is look at the sun and a royal shimmering can light the darkest place."

"Okay." So I look at the sun then into the walkway. When we were at the other end of the hallway, the room was lit up very brightly and all we could see was a big golden door.

"You ready, princess Lily." Jason said bowing.

"Where does this door go?" I ask.

"To the first challenge."

"Wait there's more than one!"

"Sometimes. It depends on who is trying to get through. For one person, they were in here for a couple of years passing the challenges, but for the royal family, there should only be one or two."

"Okay then. Lets go," then we walked through the door which transported us into a big room.

"Welcome to your first challenge!" a voice boomed throughout the empty room.
