Chapter 6

Hey guys! Sorry I haven't updated in what has felt like centuries but to be honest I forgot my password to my account for a while and when I did remember I had some difficulties in life but all is over and down with so back to the story.

I slowly opened my eyes to see myself lying on a bed in someone's room. What happened?

Oh yeah. It turns out I was kidnapped. By who though?

"I see your finally awake then, Lily." a voice beside asks.

"Who are you?!" I asked, my mind screaming at me to move but my body doesn't respond.

"I'm sad that you don't remember me Lily, but then again, I didn't expect you to," the voice slightly hisses with a hint of sadness.

The voice was of a young man, perhaps, I can't tell since he is in the shadows, so I decide to speak up again, "come into the light."

"I'm afraid you won't like what you see my dear."

"I don't care. Step. Into. The. Light." I demand.

"Fine. But don't say I didn't warn you." The voice says just before I see something move in the shadows. It comes closer before standing at the edge of the light, hesitating.

"I don't bite you know," I joke.

"O, but you should," the man says as he steps into the light.

He appears to be in his late 40s with his face covered in a mixture of cut and burn scars that seem to blend into his skin, with almost yellow like green eyes that seem to hold hunger within and that creepy smirk you see on crazy people's faces.

"What do you mean? It's not like I'm a vampi-" I start to say before realization hits me. "Are you a vampire? Is that why you have all those scars?" curiosity starts to invade my mind. 

"Well well well, aren't you full of questions. And yes, I am a vampire and it is a fact that vampires are known for getting scars with the amount of trouble we get into, but you'll know all bout that soon of course."

"What! You're not going to, you know..."

"No. We would never do that to one of our own, even if it is the rare female species. You are getting a tutor to help you with your facts and what is right and wrong."

"But I know what's right and wrong, I have been to school since I was 5 you know so-

Did you say one of your own?"

"Yes I did. Did you not know you're a vampire, well half?" this man asks with a questioning look on his face.

"There is no way I am a vampire, I am already a quarter mermaid and fairy, part of the royal bloodline, I just met my mother after not seeing her my entire life, then I get kidnapped and now you expect me to believe that I'm a vampire, and what? my dad's the prince?" I rant before kidding.

"How do you know?"

"Know what?" I snap.

"That the prince is your father."

I sit in silence, stunned. Is it true? Is my dad actually the vampire prince? Was our guess on the way to Futopia right? How come my mother never told me? Is this why no one knows who my father is? because he's the vampire prince!

Thousands of thoughts fly through my head but only a couple stand out, why didn't my mother never tell me? and who is the vampire prince?

"You never told me who you are?" I ask the man.

"O right. Sorry. My name is Killian. And I am the prince of all vampires."

Hey guys! Sorry it has been forever since my last update and I know it will be a while till my next one but I hope you enjoyed the chapter!

Also I had my first exam today. It was my french speaking with a lot more exams to follow.
