It wasn't until a few hours later, we decided to go out and eat something, to get our minds of the recent happenings. Camila was getting better ad better, thanks to the medicine my mom gave her. She wasn't fully recovered yet, but she was feeling good enough to walk around, so I wouldn't have to carry her. As we were walking trough the trees, I realized it was slowly getting darker.

"Lauren we have to hurry. My parents are gonna get worried.", the brown-eyed girl looked at me with concern written in them.

"Don't worry, love. I'll tell them something. We're almost there anyways.."As I looked up at the sky, I watched the blue and purple light, mix with and dark, almost red orange. It was beautifull and an idea popped into my head. I smirked at her, confusion taking over her features.

"Hmm wait, scratch that." Swiftly I picked the brunette up bridal style and started running. Even with her weight on me I was running faster than a normal human, and the girl in my arms buried her face in the crook of my neck, obviously nervous, due the change of speed.

When I put her down again, we were on a huge rock, almost like a platform, on the edge of a valley. The few was breathtaking, the sky being in full display now. Before the Camila realized here we were, she mumbled "Why didn't we do that before? We could have been faster."

But then her gaze shifted and she saw the colours of the sky, constantly changing and her breath hitched. "It's beautiful.", she wispered.

"You're beautiful.", I answered grinning. I was more than happy now. She was safe, she was next to  me and most important she seemed happy. A huge smile was spread on her face, an I saw her brown eyes shining happy, when she turned to me and engulfed me in a hug.

"Thank you. You're so sweet." As Camila let go of me and turned to look at the sky again, I left my hand resting on her hip and went behind her, resting my chin on her shoulder. I inhaled her sweet  scent and closed my eyes, savouring the moment in my memory.

"How do you find these places? Do you come here often?"

Kepping my eyes closed I answered "Camz I'm a wolf, I have alot of time to stroam around, apart from the fact all of this is my territory. Wouldn't be helpful if I didn't know my own territory, huh? Especially, when we control the borders."

"Hmm, that's true. How far does it go?"

"Everywhere the light touches." I joked in a dramatic voice. Camila turned around in my arms and looked at me, lightly chuckling, hitting my arm. "You're so stupid."

I feigned hurt. An idea popped into my head and I thought I would scare The girl a little. Letting myself drop to the ground dramatically I rolled nearer to the edge. I purposely let myself fall over it, Camz watching me calm until she sees me fall. I can see her eyes widening and running over to help me.

Obviously I wouldn't let myself drop of the platform, so I was hanging on the edge, which was honestly no problem for me. Camila reached me and saw me hanging there frantically trying to pull me up again, as I just watch her worried face with a calm expression.

"Scar, brother, help me!", I say before I pull myself up with strong arms and land on my feet next to the brunette, who's looking at me with an unbelieving expression.

"Lauren! What the fuck?! I was seriously concerned! Why would you do that?"

I shrugged. "Wanted to scare you..." She hit me again.

"Don't do that!"

"Why?"

"Cause it scared the crap out of me."
