Kick Three: Before Lucy was his girlfriend (part two)
Previously on FPG:
"Hey what's the big idea?" He walked over to her, making her back up more.
"You're Natsu Dragneel," She pointed her index finger toward him.
"And?" Natsu proceeded to inch toward her, "I don't bite, it's okay,"
Lucy then did the most embarrassing thing she had ever done. She squeaked, and ran off, making Natsu call after her.

Lucy sat in her classroom, not paying any mind to the teacher in front of her, she learned this stuff last year, and was completely and utterly bored. Her mind kept replaying the scene of what happened earlier that day. She ran into the popular guy, and then ran off. She slammed her hand to her face and groaned. "I'm stupid," She muttered.
"Ms. Heartfilia, what is the answer to this?" Her teacher, Mr. Max asked.
Lucy rolled her eyes, "Five point six divided by a."
Her teacher looked at her in annoyance then huffed, "That's correct,"
Her day went like it usually did, that is, until lunch rolled around. Her feet shuffled to the café, getting her lunch and walking outside, under the cherry blossom trees, near the beautiful clear stream. She sat on the bench, cherry blossom petals floating away.
"Are you sure you want to be out here alone?" A voice asked, growing closer.
Lucy wasn't sure if they were talking to her, so she turned around, seeing if they could be talking to someone else. "A-are you talking to me?" Lucy pointed to herself, seeing the guy she bumped into earlier.
The boy nodded. His hands were shoved into his black kaki's as he walked closer, "Yes. Why are you out here alone?"
She fiddled with her hands, "Because I like to be alone,"
Natsu sat next to her, making her scoot away, "Lucy Heartfilia, right?"
Lucy gave him a questioning gaze, but shrugged it off, "Who wants to know?"
"I do."
"Why are you talking to me? I'm not anything special," Her voice was soft, taking him aback.
"You are special, you're the valedictorian of Fairy Tail Academy, that's something to be proud of," He smiled at her, "Do you still want to be alone?"
Lucy responded with a shrug, "If you want to be here that's your own choice, isn't it?"
"It is," He nodded.
"In all honesty Natsu, I wouldn't mind having company," She giggled, earning a soft gaze from him.
