Sarah's pov
Three months later
Even thought it has been three months I still had nightmares from that night, each one ending the same way. With Julian gone. I never spoke of the dreams to him or my parents. They saw a change in my behavior though and decided to make me go with Jules to a therapy session. While there his therapist observed the both of us and once we left and my parents went in to see her she told then that it might be best to continue sending me. She could tell something was wrong mentally and wanted me to come back. I hate going there. I told her about the nightmares and the other problems I've been having. She diagnosed me with a anxiety disorder at today's session and wrote a prescription for some medication to help with it. When we got home I went straight up to my room to sleep.

We were walking down the street to his car after championships.
"You guys did amazing. You deserved first."
"Thanks Jules."
"Are you hungry? There's a diner down the street in walking distance if you would like to go."
"Sure. Let's go."
He held his arm it and I took it. We walked down the street and I heard tires screeching behind us and headlights light up, getting closer from behind. Suddenly we were thrown to the ground by the impact of the car. I looked around for Jules and saw he had been thrown into a telephone pole by the impact. I rushed over to him, ignoring the pain.
"Julian look at me, don't let go okay," I said as people rushed out of the diner. "Someone call 911! We need an ambulance!" I said tears running down my face as I talked to him to keep him from closing his eyes on me. By the time the ambulance showed up it was too late. He was gone...
I woke up and it was around one in the morning. I quietly walked down to Julian's room to see he wasn't asleep yet. He was just laying in bed.
"Sarah are you okay?" He asked.
I shook my head no and felt tears run down my cheeks. He got up and walked over to me, pulling me into his arms.
"Hey it's going to be alright. Do you want to stay the night in here?"
I nodded and he lead me over to the bed and held me in his arms until I feel asleep. I didn't have any more nightmares that night. I am glad to have Julian as my best friend.
